Zoho Mail Outlook Add-in for Windows - POP support
Dear Outlook Users,
Last November, we brought you the Zoho Mail Outlook Add-in for Windows with features to boost the email security on your favorite client. If you've already tried them out, share your experience below in the comments section. In case, you missed it out, please do refer here.
Now we are glad to announce the updated Zoho Mail Outlook Add-in that supports Outlook clients configured via POP.
To make your experience with Zoho Mail better and smoother on Outlook, we have made a few enhancements at our end recently and as promised, the Add-in now supports POP accounts, in addition to IMAP and ActiveSync accounts. The plugin provides:
- Warnings on opening any suspicious emails.
- Time-of-click Alerts at the bottom of any suspicious email.
- Report Spam and Report Phishing buttons that work like a feedback loop for better spam control for you and your organization.
- Self-service feature i.e. Managing Senders to add or categorize email addresses as Trusted/ Rejected and Allowed/ Blocked.
- Additionally, the recent update also provides an option to Sign Out of the add-in when required.
We hope this update will enhance your experience using Zoho Mail with Microsoft Outlook client. To download the latest add-in, click 32-bit or 64-bit, as applicable in your case. You can also refer the help document for POP or IMAP to know how to install, configure and use the add-in further.
