Well done Zoho.  You have yet again managed to take a potentially great product and make it worse.  

Zoho Social sucks.  Well sorta.  No, ok, it does.  

The UI is horrendous.  It's 2024 and the UI looks like it's 2015.  Zoho products have always been really poorly designed from a UI perspective.  

Pros: 
Being able to still access Twitter via the platform.  

Cons: 
Everything else

Zoho Social has so much potential.  But you always seem to do half-baked products.  CRM only took 20 years to get to something that is really cool. I guess I should check back in another 15 for Zoho Social.  Speaking about UGLY products... Zoho Sites.  Need I say more? 

I would love to use Zoho Social as my main app.  Even when it's as ugly as it is.  However, with the constant limitations it's impossible.
