A strong social media presence is based on being active and publishing relevant content. The social media algorithm for all the networks works in such a way that it brings your posts to users' feeds only when you post on a regular basis. However, it is a challenge to keep posting content on a regular basis. If you have a lot of content that's ready to be published, but you're unavailable to publish it regularly or during a holiday season or even just a break, you can use the Bulk Scheduler feature on Zoho Social.
This allows you to plan and queue up numerous posts across multiple networks, automating the process of publishing for the specified period of time. So, instead of spending time each day to plan your social calendar, you can allot a few hours to plan and schedule the posts ahead of time and ensure that you're also frequently posting without leaving any gaps.
With the Bulk Scheduler on Zoho Social, you can schedule unlimited posts across all your social channels including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Mastodon and Threads. Simply upload a .CSV, .XLS, or .XLSX file with the content and the specific date and time you want to schedule your content for.
You can add up to 350 posts to a file.
Feature Availability
The bulk scheduler is available for plans Professional, Premium, Agency, and Agency Plus editions.
Here are a few points to remember as you prepare the file for the Bulk Scheduler:
- All posts should be scheduled at least an hour after your upload time.
- The images you upload for your posts should either be saved as public URLs with the extension .JPG or .JPEG or you can also upload the images to the Social library and then copy the URL to upload it in the file.
Learn how to upload images
- You can schedule your posts to all supported networks at the same time, but you've to ensure that you follow the network specific specifications while you upload the content and media.

- If you've added the channels that you want to schedule the posts on in the file, you don't have to choose them in the upload pop-up window.
- The formatting differs for .csv and .xls or .xlsx files. Please ensure that you follow the respective formats.
While you enter the channel names, you can enter them separated by commas for a .xls or .xlsx file, whereas you've to add end quotes and then add the channel names separated by commas for a .csv file.
For instance – In the .xls/.xlsx file - Facebook, X, Instagram
In the.csv file - "Facebook, X, Instagram"
