Can someone point me to information/documentation regarding options to review data submitted from a form before updating a record? Here's my scenario. We are creating a custom PHP registration form that we will send to existing customers. The form will be pre-populated with data from their contact record. Custom Function to Clone/Associate Contact Roles
Hi, I've created a custom function which creates a new Potential from a Potential which is expiring. I need the function to also duplicate the Contact Roles (those contacts). Contact Roles seems odd - like it is a separate module from the Potential, but getRelatedRecords does not list that as a supported module. How can I associate the contacts in the Contact Roles portion of the cloned opportunity? I'm afraid if I create a new contact record I will be simply duplicating contacts in the system,

Hi everyone! So I've recently come around to appreciating how useful it is to be able to invoke functions as a rest api. I use a separate service where I run a Python script that invokes a Zoho function as an API. There is an error only after entering the owner name while updating/adding any record. If so, can someone kindly supply a script to accomplish this? Trigger Workflow based on Field Update from Workflow/Condition?
Does anyone have a solution or simple workaround for this? I have a Workflow that sends a notification email, then another notification email a few days later, then updates a field to XYZ. I have tried both setting another condition and an entire new workflow that when field is updated to XYZ a new email notification will trigger and another one will trigger a few days later. Adding Notes via API
Hi, I have a script that can add leads and the related notes from some other system to ZOHO CRM and everything is fine. The only problem I am facing is that the date of note in the ZOHO CRM is the current date (the date on which I ran the script to populate). However I want this to be the original notes date as I have it in the original source. Please guide / help how I can put manual date for Note.

I've been trying to fix this issue for quite some time now. My CRM is being fed by Booker through API. Booker is filling out single line fields inside the CRM. However, I want to trigger automations based on time/date properties. That can only be accomplished by having date/time specific values. My question is, if there's a way to copy that information, transform the format and make it into a date or time field? If there's any missing information to complete this, let me know. Best :)
