Need some specific permissions set-up
Greetings, I'm am creating a calendar for a small group of people, and I need to have some people be able to create and edit their own personal events, but have nothing more than read access to events created by anyone else. Currently, it appears that there is an all or nothing permissions set-up. Give users access to everything at all times for everyone for any reason, or the opposite, give users no access to nothing for nobody for no reason. I'd like to having something
Scheduled Maintanence - Zoho Calendar
We have scheduled a maintenance in our servers on the 31st of August, 2013, between 10 AM and 10 PM PDT. We are upgrading our servers so that they'll be better able to handle the ever growing clientele. Appointment descriptions not passed to calendar
When I get an appointment sent to me, they often include other information (like connection information, phone numbers, urls, etc). I don't see this information in the email nor in the calendar. However, I POP my email to GMail and it DOES appear there.

I have a sales meeting every Monday and Friday that I want to add to the calendar as a recurring event so people know that time block is not open so no one schedules an appointment for that time. How can that be done?

I want to my zoho business calendar to ical but I dont want to subscribe to it. I want to be able to link it in a way that if I add something to the calendar it'll be sync from ICAL directly to my ZOHO acct and vice versa. Is there any way to do this? Zoho calendar on my android phone
Hi, On my android phone I use my zoho calendar by sharing it with the google calendar. This worked for a while but since some time events don't come through anymore, which is very annoying. Many users report about simular problems on google fora, but google cannot solve it or does not give priority to this. I wonder how Android can ever become a serious business application if a basic requirement as a calendar doesn't work. Enough chances for ZOHO to step in! If zoho could provide us a good android

In my calendar, month-view doesn't show appointments on Saturdays?
When I create appointments on Saturdays, they do not show up on the calendar. Saturday and Sunday are actually showing up under the same column. This only happens in the month view though, when I switch to week view, it is fine.

Hi, I put around 30 words in each entry for my work, so I can see at a glance where I am going and at what time etc. This works perfectly on the Google calendar I have been using for years, I am in the process of switching to Zoho, which is as good, with a very similar interface ........ with one exception, I need to mouse over each pane to get more information, and there are only about 7 or 8 words visible in each pane, even when I have elongated the pane, it still shows just one line, and a lot

Urgent: Data was deleted from all Sundays
All of a sudden all data, except holidays, was deleted from the calendar. No new information can be entered for Sundays. I did not change any settings recently. What gives?

How to export to Excel or other format
I need to have an electronic version of my calendar for each month. I need this as a way to record all the events that have occurred (we use the calendar for volunteers to sign-up for events and I need a copy of that). As far as I can tell, I am only able to export the calendar as an ics file. That doesn't help me. Is there any way to export all events from a single month to another format?

Missing sync button?
I just signed up for Zoho calendar, after reading fantastic reviews. I would like to sync it with my Google calendar, which is what I use currently. The instructions tell me to click "settings", then "sync" - but when I click "settings", there is no "sync" button. Any idea on why? I read that you have to be signed up for Zoho Mail to use the Google two-way sync, so I signed up for mail. Timezone issue when adding event planned in zoho to Outlook calender
Hello, when i schedule a document in the Zoho calendar, and notify myself and others, the event appears in my Outlook Calendar as "this event is scheduled in (UTC) Monrovia, Reykjavik time zone." This is odd, because I am NOT in this timezone, nor is my Zoho (EST) or Outlook (Germany) set to that time zone. Does anybody have an idea what this could be? Thank you, Marjolijn

I would like to embed the calendar Month page on an HTML page on my www.nuinvest.com website. Where are the instructions. How is the html code generated that I can embed? Thank you. Hi I am stuck. I have shared a calendar with view event details set in the sharing option. When the link is clicked on it takes it to a login screen. I was under the impression that if you shared a calendar with view details set they would not have to have a ZOHO account. Thanks for the help K
