Not all shared calendars visible
Hi, I have shared my calendars with some colleagues but the last colleague I added cannot see the calendars. He is the 6th person to be added. Is this a bug or is there a limitation on sharing calendars for free? (We are a not for profit charity and I wanted to share a calendar around a maximum of about 20 people) Thank you.
Not receiving calendar reminder emails
Hi, I imported my google calendar to zoho, with most of the events scheduled to have send an email reminder 10 minutes before. I am not receiving the emails, though. A new event I created sent the email reminder, but not the imported ones. Is there anything I need to do to get these to work? Thanks...
Subscribing to my Mac's iCal Calendar
Hello, I'd like to use Zoho Calendar as my primary calendar. I'd like however to have any entry that I add to My Mac's iCal calendar sync with Zoho Calendar. Is this possible? Or do I have to do a one time import of my iCal Calenar into Zoho Calendar and continue to use only Zoho calendar from that point on? Thanks Armand
New embed formats needed
Hello, I'm sure you've heard this before, but the embed formats for Zoho calendar are too bulky and uniform, there is not enough variety in the size and shape of these iframes. To place Zoho calendar on my homepage, I would prefer to use a format like option #4, which allows the user to select a day of the current month, or to access future months with ease. However, I need to have all of this functionality no wider than 225 pixels, maximum. At present, you do not offer anything less than 300 pixels.
Connecting different zoho account calendars
I currently have 3 different businesses of which I have 3 different zoho accounts with calendars. How can I connect all 3 calendars? I need to be able to see what appointments I have in my other businesses when making appointments. Any help is appreciated.
Printing the claendar view
Just new to ZOHO so maybe this is right in front of me but I cannot find an action that prints a caledar view: daily, weekly or monthly. Am I looking in the wrong place?

View Calendar search results in date order

Invitations by email
I am a new user of Zoho Calendar. Can you please explain the details of how to invite people to events. Please confirm that you can send an invite to ANY email address. The person you invite does not need to be already registered on Zoho. I tried sending several invites to a test addresses, but they never arrived. This is the method I used. Edit the event, open the Invitation box and type the email address. Then click Save. I could see no indication that an email was being sent. Am I missing something?
Embedded calendars: two questions
Hello Zoho calendar looks very interesting. I have two questions for embedded calendars: (a) I would like to be able to set View only "Free/Busy information" (so that everyone can see the calendar but the appointment information is not visible) AND I want to enable people to request an appointment through the embedded request form. This does not seem possible at the moment - it seems that if people can ask for an appointment then they MUST see the details - not good if you want to protect privacy.
Embedded Zoho calendar (subscribed CRM calendar) shows all events as private even though shared public and flagged to show event details
Hi, I've got events created in Zoho CRM calendar and wish to show these on my website using the embedding html provided within Zoho calendar (I don't think CRM calendar allows embedding directly?). I have subscribed to Zoho CRM calendar from Zoho Calendar and all events are showing ok in Zoho Calendar. However, if I then share this subscribed calendar as public, select to show event details, and then use the provided html code to embed the calender, all events show on my website as "Private Event".
Calendar - Delete activites problem
I am trying to delete some activities from my Zoho calendar which is synced to Google calendar. When I click on the activity I only get "View/Cancel" as options. When I click on "View" there are butons at the top that say "Save" "Delete" and "Cancel" but the "Delete" button is not enabled. How do I enable the "Delete" button or is there another way to delete tasks from the Zoho calendar directly? See attachment.

When I open zoho calendar using the Google Chrome build 7.0.517.41 on Win7 x64, The shell of the app loads but there is no data visible and all the elements on the page are unclickable. HTML snippet for Event Requisition
I embedded a event requisition form in my website and i get the email notification but inside the body of the email I get a bunch of garbage text. Does anyone else have this problem?

Why can't I shar my calendar with myself?
I've been trying to share my zoho calendar with my personal gmail account and for some reason zoho keeps telling that I have entered an invalid email address. I log into my zoho account using my gmail account so I think it's weird thatthe 2 aren't syncing anyway. Please advise. Thanks!
Ability to Share Calenders with specific groups?
I have arracnged groups within our organization and would like to know take certain company calendars and share them with particular groups. I set the events to public but they still do not show up on the users in the organization groups nor do the users have the option of importing certain organization calendars?? Please hlep. Thanks!
Event requisition needs
Hello, I have found a service for Google Calendar which seems to have much more robust power for event requisitions, and wanted to seee if similar features would soon be available in Zoho Calendar. The service I'm considering is this: http://youcanbook.me/ It seems to provide significant advantages, but I know Zoho cal is in development, so before transitioning, I ask if the event requisition feature will soon work so easily and usefully?

RSVP Comments with Shared Calendar???
Where are the RSVP comments from my invited calendar quests displayed??? I do not receive them in an email notification They are not displayed on the calendar - I can see the RSVP acceptance and denial but not their comments I also don't receive their comments in the Notification area on my calendar What am I missing???? At bottom right it says Powered By but does not say Zoho Calendar. I copied and pasted code from the HTML window but it seems something is amiss... Any one?? Thanks... lisa
zoho appointment invitation accepting in Outlook calendar
How can attendees accept zoho calendar invitations and automatically have them displayed in the outlook calendar? NB: those people cannot install plugins due to admin restrictions. Google cal does this without any special procedures needed. thanks arhtur

Making an appt and editing problems
Good day. First problem is that when I create an appt and add the details then, the appt doesn't save. If I make the appt, create, then edit, it is ok. It is a little annoying to not be able to just make the appt with details first. I am using firefox, with a chrome add-on. Second, when editing, the frequency for month works directly, but not the weekly. I have to go to monthly to get the drop down things like end date, then switch from monthly to weekly to get the weekly edit.

Outlook plugin only usable as admin user?
Hello, I installed the outlook plugin. I needed to do that as adminstrator on my system (Win2000). When I am looged in as administrator and start outlook 2002, than the zoho plugin shows up. However, when I log in a "normal" user, than the zoho plugin is not available in outlook. It is like if it is not installed. Any idea how I can use the zoho plugin as standard user? Greetings, Frank
Receiving Invitations on Zoho Calendar and auto-exporting them to Google Calendar
Hi, I'm using zoho webmail as my default email client. I'm desperately trying to ensure that calendar requests sent to my email account appear in a way that can be autoexported to my google calendar and/or appear on my iPhone. As of now, I've tried adjusting the settings of my email notify so that emails are sent to my google calendar account, but that does not appear to be solving the problem. I'm desperate for help, thanks!

Events not deleting in normal calendar when they are deleted in CRM calendar. why don't events delete in the normal zoho calendar when i have deleted them in my crm. While looking at the combined shared calendar the events still show. Is this a bug?
Event requisition - Too much information!
Hello, I'm using the HTML snippet for event requests, and it works well enough, and I've already sent you some suggestions. However, in testing today, I realized that with an HTML embedded calendar, and privacy settings allowing event requisition, the accepted requisition creates an item on the calendar, and anyone can access the complete record of that event - not only the time and "reason" (which is not good for an event name, by the way), but the name and email address and item code of the requester.

questions about integration, ebedding, etc with Zoho Calendar
Im new to Zoho, and got to it by a referral at a conference, so there might be some answers I seem not to find easily on the site (very complete by the way). I created an account for zoho CRM and barely did the same with zoho calendar and personalized it a bit. My question is how can I get that calendar I just created as my calendar within the CRM app? is this possible? Im just trying to avoid having a bunch of apps opened at the same time and trying to keep one calendar only within my CRM zoho app.
