I have recently downloaded Zoho and think it’s a great website for our business; however, I am struggling with syncing up the phone calls under activities to my Google calendar. The events are all synced up so whenever I create an event it goes straight onto my Google calendar, however if I create a ‘Call’ it does not. How do I make it so if I create a call (for example Call John at 3PM on the 12th October 2016) it then syncs and transfers onto my Google calendar?how to up date calendar url

Good Morning. I have a group with 10 users. I created a group calendar and I gave the following permissions When the group members subscribe to this calendar the 6 of them can see all the meetings but the 4 of them see 'busy' in the meetings. I have successfully imported all events (114 events) from Outlook 2010 to my Zoho Calendar. Each event had a reminder in Outlook which has also been imported. Problem is that I want all of them to be email reminders instead of popup reminders (which they've been imported as). 1) Is there a way to convert the reminders to email type in one go (batch process)? 2) If not, then I am willing to change the type of reminders of all 114 events one-by-one BUT I cannot seem to figure out how to list all 114Events not syncing with Google Calendar

However, I would like to know if there is a way to switch between different calendars in the mobile apps. How do you add an external invitation to an event created in a group calendar? I have users that are subscribed to a group calendar. If a user creates a new event in the calendar view, a drop down box allows the user to select which calendar the event will be added to. In this case the user selects a group calendar. The user can also add the emails of people that she wishes to invite to the event by typing their names in the attendees box. Some of these may be organizational (eg jimsmith@zoho.com)Calendar not adding events?
Has anyone else had an issue with this today or over the past couple of days? Any time one of my co-workers or I try to add & save an event in the Calendar, it lets us create the event, it saves and displays the event, but as soon as we refresh, navigate away, or close and reopen the calendar, it is completely gone. I have two iCalendar (webcal) calendars I subscribe to in Zoho Calendar, after getting the latest iOS update the calendar events are not showing up in the iOS app (they flash briefly then disappear from the daily agenda that displays below the calendar. I’m following the instructions in this User Guide, but none of my calendars appear to be syncing. Thunderbird asks for my Zoho login credentials upon startup, and yet no events show up. I tried adding an event, but it does not sync back to Zoho either. Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Hi I have a problem with caldav sync with thunderbird/Ligthning (Th version 45.3, Lh 3). Hello I figured out how to sync my personal calendar on my Iphone calendar but the calendar for 2 groups are not showing up? Dear everyone, we are using the zoho-calender for almost 4 years now. Recently we can't see "Details"anymore in the Calender. It's not possible to fill in extra information. Hi, We use Zoho calendar to send invitations to our staff for certain events. For some staff members, when they accept, we at the office will see a green thumbs up. For a select few, even though they have accepted and I get a confirmation email, when I go back to the calendar later, there is no green thumbs up. Our Zoho Calendar days and dates are incorrect. For instance, I have reoccurring monthly calls on Wednesdays and although it is marked as Wednesdays in the event, it is showing up on Thursdays on the calendar. Last week I realized that I could setup my Thunderbird email client/calendar to sync with my zoho calendar. I went through the setup steps but the two calendars have not been able to synchronize. If you want to use Outlook account in your handheld device will have to use the application. The most important thing about using your handheld device for Outlook account is the login information. I am using Zoho mail as an exchange account what is perfect to me. I can sync mail and calendars with no problem but Reminders do not sync. I mean if I create a new reminder in my iPhone (iOS 8.0.2) Reminders native App It does not appear in the task section in my mail account. I have my Zoho CRM set up to sync with my Google calendar. So when I create the new event it appears on Google calendar however it does not contain any information about the lead associated with the event. So when I create an event I have to title the event "Meeting with Joe blow at this company". Can I get the sync to include the contact information about the lead? Hello, our Zoho calendar recently does not send the calendar invites to emails with hotmail and yahoo domains and comes back with a "soft bounce". other domains like Gmail works fine. Also sending "email" to the same emails to the above domains work well
