My own web domain name -- How to set to Zoho nameserver?
How do I set my own domain (let's say it's 'Whatever.com') to Zoho, and have it accessible as simply 'Whatever.com'? What I'm accustomed to is going to my domain control panel, and setting the nameserver to, let's say, "NS1.HostCompany.com." Is it possible on a basic, free Zoho account? Thank you for any help.

Allowing Customers to view all tickets
We are a small company and want to allow all our users to be able to view all tickets in the system. In the Customer Portal Access section I have ticked Allow contacts to view all tickets but they can only see their own tickets. Thank you Mary

Zoho privacy and security
Hi, This is not applicable in cases of services like emails, etc. that zoho provides but I am asking it for the sake of asking. In some cases (like in banks and other online srvices) customer service agents have access to customer data and they can modidy/take action on behalf of the customer in customer's account. I just want to be sure that our accounts cannot be modified/ accessed in any way by any person within and without zoho. Please advise.

Mass Update - Date field won't update
I am having a problem doing a mass update on a "Date" field. I highlight my leads, click on mass update, choose the field, and enter in the date that I want to update. Then, when I click 'Save', nothing happens. The box doesn't disappear, and it would look like I still haven't pressed the save button. It's almost like it's just frozen, and won't change no matter how many times I try to click save. Other fields will update, including other date fields. Any suggestions?

My account suddenly is deleted - bug at ZOHO?
I have two companies and 2 accounts on ZOHO. Account 1 is using Calendar, CRM, SalesIQ, Vault etc and account 2 which is using only the Vault (paid for one year). A few days ago we decided to cancel account2. My coworker cancelled account2 (ZOHO Vault) But from that moment also my own account 1 is not working anymore ?! They are totally different, account1 is much older and a different e-mail adress and password and has nothing to do with account2! The e-mail adress of account1 is not recognized

Hello! I'm trying to export information on a series of contacts to put together for mailing labels. I need all of the contacts associated with a certain custom field I created for my clients, and all of their information as well (not just phone numbers, but email addresses, mailing addresses, business name, etc.) I'm using the free account. Zoho has so many amazing apps that even the home.zoho.com/home page doesn't display them all, even after clicking "all apps (missing calendar, which I assume is accessed through mail.zoho but I haven't found a (quick) way. Is there a way to edit my homepage or dashboard for quick access to the apps that I currently use? I'm finding navigating between multiple ones cumbersome already. Thanks!

Spam - where to report
Hi... What is the Zoho spam reporting email address? I am receiving a spam email every 5 minutes roughly... and although the spam filters are doing there job... that still leaves me with ~ 140 spam emails each day... So does Zoho have an email address where I can report spam... so that something can be done from the preventative side of things... as far as I understand this facility should be part of Zoho's services... Hi, is there any way sort/filter tickets within account and contacts so that closed issues are not shown? At present: Contacts: click contacts in top menu bar and select a contact, all tickets are shown. Accounts: click accounts in top menu bar and select an account, all tickets are shown. I would like to be able to click contacts/accounts, select a contact/account and be able to only see open tickets. Thanks James

Is there a way to send an emailed notice of the automated action? I have a birthday card that is triggered on contact's birthday, but I want to be notified that this person was sent their card.
