hi currently for each column of a view I can define: Min : 0.00 Max : 0.00 Average : 0.00 Total : 0.01 Would it be possible to add an aggregate value called "count not null"? It counts all values ; but null values are not counted. thanks! thanks!!
Total lack of support on Zoho's part
I have been asking questions on this forum and calling tech support to get my questions answered and cannot. There is a question I asked 9 mos. ago that remains unanswered and calls to the tech support only go to an answereing machine and my messages seem to go into a black hole. How can I get my questions answered. If I could rip out and replace the stuff we have on Zoho by tomorrow I'd do it. Not a happy camper here!!! Creator doesn't work with Google Chrome anymore (Major Problem)
The not only does chrome not show my creator application (This webpage is not available), also it won't let me log in to zoho. Hi, What I am looking for is that I would like to add a message on Note/Rich Text field. So user will have idea what information he should put in the field. You can see below screenshot what I am looking in the Note field where it is the multiselect field in creator.Here you can see there is a message "Select multiple Values". What's going on when users can't edit records because the form doesn't open and only shows the "close" option?
When users press the edit option to edit a record in a report, the screen goes dark and only shows the “close” option. You can see the attached print screen images
Locked out of Creator account
Hi there, We purchased an upgrade from a trial version on our test application today with your Zoho creator application. Upon adding users to the system on the creator settings menu, there was no update to the users list. This led me to assume that the users had not be added to the system. However upon adding my own email to the system it notified me it had reached our limit of the 4 users we have purchased. So it obviously is adding them somewhere. Currently it is locking us out saying we do not

HI, I am currently trialing Zoho with a view to using it as a database for our company, but cannot seem to see if there is an option to mail merge pre loaded documents from our document control lost and merge the customer details from the record at the click of a button. Unable to regenerate this report
Hi Since yesterday I am unable to regenerate my report chart to include the new data that I have added to my database. I just get the message 'Sorry. We are unable to regenerate this report'. I ahve also changed the status of a record and that is not reflected in the report, again when I regenerate I just get the same message. Can you rectify this problem? Thanks
Update successive lookup fields based on previous input.
HI, I have a form which has several fields.But there are two lookup fields which are looked up from same field Fips code like Fips-01 and Fips-02. you can see below screenshot . What I am looking for that I want to update the Fips-02 field on User input of Fips-01 . Say if user enters the value - 1001 in Fips-01 then this value should not appear in the Fips-02 . So finally in the Fips-02 should have only 1003,1005,1007 . It is possible to do that in creator ? Arfater.

How to update lookup field when using the api?
I'm trying to upload data using rest/json api and having trouble getting linking between forms with a lookup field. It is my understanding that I need to have the ID of the parent record to put into the lookup field. Can someone please elaborate on this? I think I may have misunderstood something. Order Management App rounding prices
I have started using the order management app that is provided by Zoho. I have made some minor changes to field names, but nothing major. I noticed that it is excluding my .99 from all of my pricing that I have entered for products. So the products are entered as 34.99 and it shows that correctly. But the add products field of an order entry brings in the price as 35 It comes in from the Product Subform but I cant find anything that is telling it to round up.

Hi everybody, We created a custom booking application using Zoho creator. we are sending automatic emails to customers regarding their exam results after the admin enters the exam details in a form and presses submit. Can this email that is sent automatically have a custom design(it doesn't look very good at the moment) and also can we add a button that will allow the user to share some content from the email on social media mainly Linkedin and Google+? How can I create a script for the entire form so that fields do not show in view nor print when field entries are left blank? Q2. With regard to radio buttons, I would like to also hide this field if only the 'NO' radio button is selected, and to show this field when 'Yes' is selected. Is this possible, too? How to import into a table in ZCreator from an external REST API source
Would be VERY glad if anyone could share a simple deluge script (.ds file) with an example of how to import data and put it in a table in ZCreator. The data are picked up from an external source with a REST API. In my case I want to import data from from Zoho Books, so if anyone have an example of how this is set up, it would be even greater. Customer Portal - Application Submission
Hi, I have an employee application program that is divided between seven forms (application part one, application part two, etc.). I need a customer (applicant) to log in and fill out each form sequentially. Each form goes to the next form upon submission of the preceding form. The applicants will login through the customer portal. If anyone is a Project Manager Plus guru, we are having troubles assigning / sharing with users and being able to see the full list of sections that they should see if we set them up ans Manager/Admin type users. Is there a way to copy a field definition and its properties (not the field contents) from one form to another, so I don't have to define a commonly used field several times over? I have a drop down with a script and it would be useful to be able to copy it rather than have to enter the drop down values again. It is a status field, and the states are common to several forms. Hello, I have a service order form on which several fields are hidden, since only employees should make changes to them, not the customer who submits the request. Messaging the user
For various reasons including error reporting, useage guidance and information, I wish to message the user. I have tried a number of ways: 1) Using info only display the message to the the administrator/developer so is no use for regular users. 2) Opening a form with a note field set to display a message is hard to control the form behaviour and post particulalrly the location on screen; quite often I find the message form out of the field of view and the window has to be scrolled up to see the message.

Output double zero after decimal
I'm using a currency field set to 2 decimal points. In the reports, the currency displays $33.00 fine. When I output the currency to a HTML page, the display is truncated to $33.0. Is there a way to keep the .00 when output to the page? Something to add to input.Money that forces 2 zeroes if the currency has no cents? Thanks!
Removing permissions
I have compiled a system for our web site and it works well except I would like to remove from the readers the option to do anything to the record (add, edit, print, delete etc). Pictures not staying the same size
I have three pictures on my home page. There is a highlight box with the picture in the image at the top as a menu header, and a paragraph at the bottom. If I make any changes to the page that cause a refresh or if I initiate a refresh myself,f the pictures change size and part of them is cut off. They are set to "fit". In order to fix them I have to switch them to "small" and then back to "fit". This means however that if I forget to do this when I publish changes, the published page will look

when updating a field in mass allow not to update date of updating
Hello I need to correct a value in a fiels in the "contacts" in mass through an excel file, with Idcontact as matching key. If I update in zoho it will change the "last modification date" of today (given by zoho) for all the contacts records updated !
