I am getting an error while inserting Sales Order in to CRM using API. The problem doesn't occur everytime but only when the order includes a discount/adjustment. Have upgraded from Trial to Enterprise and having trouble with customisation!
In the trial version I had full access to the permissions that allow me to fully customize the content within my leads contacts, fields etc. Now that I have upgraded to enterprise, I have only the ability to create a section and appear to have limited permissions in any other areas. I'm definitely no techo and would love some guidance here?? Regards Nicole
Zoho CRM App Showing Wrong User's Calendar
I downloaded the Zoho CRM App on both my iPhone and iPad. I signed in with my email address and password. Both are showing another user's calendar in my organization. Anyone know how to fix this?
Question about options for sharing emails in Zoho
Hi everyone, just wondering if this is possible. I think sharing emails is incredibly handy, but I don't like my reps being able to see each others emails. Is there any way that I can have a role so that my users emails are shared in Zoho but only to themselves PLUS myself as a manager? Or is it owner or no one at all? Secondly if I choose the option to only share emails when I choose the option to do so, is there any way to make the sharing ON by default requiring the user to disable it? If
Multi Select in EDIT unselects
I have Multi Select box in Contacts which in EDIT mode is loosing selections. How to stop this behavior? I dont want to reselect positions in this box every time I want to edit Contact.

Over the years I've done a bunch of experimenting to try and repurpose modules to be a better fit for the business. As a result of this I now have a lot of custom related lists with the same or similar names, and I'm not sure where they came from. Any suggestions on the best way for me to identify the ones that are not in use vs. the similarly named ones that I am using, and delete the unneeded ones?
Task Pane Freezing
When I try to add a task, it's locking out on me....Is this a known bug in the system? It says it's loading then I have to click cancel to clear it and the task is not saved. Doh! Help please. Dave

Multiple Potential for same clients
How can I establish multiple potentials for same client. For example: an initial sale makes the client eligible for secondary and subsequent sales of different amounts and closing dates. Do I need to enter the multiple potentials for each client through the New Potential function and they will list separately as discrete potentials.

I have created a workflow that when a contact is added to the Leads module, it automatically send them an email. I have tested this and it has worked previously. However I uploaded some contacts on to the Leads module this morning and no emails have gone out! Can someone help please?

Hi all, I'm using the free 15 day trial of CRM and trying to configure my first new user. Everything's gone well apart from the e-mail side of things for the new user - the new user can send e-mails but doesn't receive the reply. If I check on the main admin system I can see the reply fine so I know it's there. In fact the new user can't see any of the existing replies either - only all the sent e-mails - no replies. When I click onto the e-mail tab on the new users screen it shows the following

How can I see all emails by all users and a lead is a single list without the need to choose the a user's name from the drop down list under the email section?
Reply to email in CRM does not work
When email comes in, I read it and when I try to reply I cannot and always get an error as follows "Please enter in a valid To". When I click reply, the format shows as FirstName LastName <firstname.lastname@domainname.com> and maybe this is the issue, can this be resolved ASAP and I am surprised no one has requested this to be fixed, thanks.

Importing Accounts and Contacts Simultaneously
Looks like I have to import my accounts and contacts, in these accounts, as seperate files. I would like to have a listing of all contacts in my account files. I choosed the lead assignment rule I choosed request for approval Everything is working well on our websites. Cannot easily see contact namefor tasks/events/calls
I'm evaluating ZOHO crm and some things seem to be hard to do. 95% of customers are individuals (contacts, not accounts) When I add a tasks/events/call- it appears nicely under the contact, but if I go to the last of tasks, etc. I only see the task description e.g. "call them to make an appointment" - but I have no idea who, unless I click on the task and get to the conact page. If I'm looking at task for the day, I need to know the name to decide which task to do, and its a pain to go though ten
Outlook 2013 Plugin locks up Outlook
I am using the Outlook plugin with Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 and it regularly locks up outlook, mostly when typing an email message, which requires me to kill the Outlook task in Task Manager. Love the plugin, but the locking up, particularly half way through typing a message is a huge productivity drain. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks
Bug: Lightbox pop-ups in Firefox, options are covered and not usable
When selecting certain options that triggers a lightbox pop-up (e.g. when attempting to deactivate a CRM user in Users & Permissions) the pop-up appears behind the gray interface. This results in it being unable to click on or interact with in any ways. This problem seems to be pretty consistent across lightboxes in Firefox, but works in e.g. Chrome.

Invalid currency
For Latvian currency locale there is invalid currency. As of 1st of January 2014 Latvia has Euro (EUR) currency instead of LVL. How to fix this? I have set currency locale to Germany right now.
Error updating Potentials Stage Field
I am attempting to delete one of the default set of stage fields - Id. Decision Makers. When I go to Save the changes, I receive the following error: "Please enter valid sort order values", even though I haven't edited the values, and they are already in sequential order. (See attached screenshot.) I tried deleting a different field with the same error... I also tried removing the sort order and leaving it blank, but received a different error that the value could not be blank. Stumped as to how
Record count different for Iphone and android?
Logging into the same account from both phones gives two different counts on both the accounts and contacts. Apple gives 534 accounts and 910 contacts Android give 554 accounts and 802 contacts which agrees with my computer. Any idea why the difference?

Unable to click to select things
This morning, I am unable to successfully click on anything in a pop-up window in Zoho CRM. Things like: Linking an account to a contact via the pop-up menu.....or selecting a product in the pop-up window from the "Quotes" module......really anything that has a pop-up window where you click on the item itself. Hello, We are using itduzzit.com to automate our sales order udates to the Zoho CRM. Recently some changes were made to the Users in our account and I need to find the CRM ID for one of our users so I can assign sales orders to them. I can't for the life of me find where this number is. It should either be a six or eighteen digit number. Is it somewhere in the UI?
Confused about document handling in CRM
I'm confused... It looks like there are multiple places to store documents. And, these are accessed differently. For example, I see there is a Documents tab, where I can create folders and subfolders. However, if I upload a document there, I cannot access it from email. Similarly, if I attach a document to a Lead Sheet, I cannot access it from email. Then there is the "Zoho Docs" button in email, which is a completely different set of folders?? Why don't we have just one Document repository accessible

I have few questions on products page. What is the difference between Vendor & Manufacturer? In our case both the terms are one and the same. In many cases we purchase from the vendor who manufactures the product directly. How do we treat products that are created in-house? for example, we purchase parts from different manufacturers and put them together to create a product. In that case the product manufacturer is us. Should i just add my company name under manufacturers?

I have created few purchase orders in Zoho Books. When i go to that vendor account in CRM, click on "fetch" under zoho books, i do not see the purchase orders. Is this supported?
