CRM outlook plugin not installing properly
Cant seem to get the add in installed. I have win7 64bit and outlook2007. Looks as if it installs fine but there is no tool bar and nothing listed in the trust center.PTO/PTA Volunteer Database

Hi I would like to propose the ability to upload photos / attachments via the Phone Apps to Zoho CRM. A simple thing like a contact's photo for example I would think is a very simple benefit of putting the App onto a phone. We certainly have several uses this could be put towards for a multitude of things. Or perhaps something like Google+ / Google drive with instand upload of selected files to a specific contact. Hi, we recently migrated our users to stand alone PC’s. The users have administrator rights but during the Mail Merge process (we are using Microsoft Office 2007) and it comes out “permission denied” (see print sceen). I ensure the following: 1. I have created a mail merge template through the MS Office Plugin. The output data from the currency fields are delivered without commas and with a decimal length different than what is specified in the fields within Zoho. Is there a way to format this data (or the fields in either Zoho or Word) so it appears in normal currency format in the merged document (eg. $10,000 instead of 10000.0)?Email plug in for Outlook 2010 seems to sto pme sending any emails
Hi Hope you can help. I have a POP3 IMAP email account but since I have installed the outlook 2010 plug for zoho I have been unable to sending any emails. I have installed the Outlook plug in but it does not display on the Outlook Toolbar. I have checked it is not on the disabled items list when you open the Help menu in Outlook. I have also checked it is active in the Zoho management interface that the product is activated. When I look under Tools - Trust Centre - Add Ins I see that the plug in is listed as being inactive. I have therefore clicked the Go button to manage Com items and then checked the box next to the plug in and clicked OK.How can this be fixed?

Are compatibles?Is it possible to sync contacts one-way from Zoho to Outlook only?
I am not sure that this is possible now, and if not, this should seriously be considered for a future release -- I currently sync Outlook with Zoho CRM for contacts, calendar and tasks. But many people I speak to, including clients, may only want either select records being sent back and forth, or a one-way sync from Zoho CRM to Outlook. I have been using the Outlook Add-in to push emails to potentials quite easily. I also send email from potentials. And I can merge in the "potential name" as the subject of the email, so I almost have a nice Google-Wave-Like collaboration tool. The missing piece right now, however, is the ability to reply to an email that has been pushed in. This breaks the chain. So I must copy and paste or return to Outlook to maintain continuity. Does anyone have a work around for this or know if the ability toOutlook Calendar not syncing properly
I am having a problem that after syncing Outlook Calender and Zoho the time changes on some events in Outlook. Plus if I have an all day event in Outlook it will sync it into Zoho correctly but it will then change the all day event to be 1am-1am and then it's scheduled over 2 days instead of 1. I've check my time zones they are correct but it only does this with certain events. Any solutionsProblems with Outlook Add On
I am testing the Outlook Add On (Outlook 2010), and I have major issues: 1. I received an email from a contact in outlook. I opened the email, went to the Add In tab, and hit "Send and Add to Zoho CRM". At that point, the email disappeared from Outlook. Is that supposed to happen? Can we configure it so that it does not erase the email from Outlook if I send it to Zoho? 2. I downloaded the free trial of the Outlook plug in and then decided to buy a license for $3 a month. The trial version expired but now I have bought the monthly license. The issue is when i go to use it in Outlook it says i've been deactivated. So i went into the CRM settings and made sure Outlook plug in was activated and i even removed the plug in from my computer and reinstalled it but its still wont let me sign in. I can't find a pattern with this but when I sync my Outlook Calender with Zoho Events in my CRM the times sometimes gets moved up an hour, my all day events also get changed to 1am-1am so now it appears over 2 days instead of one. This is not happen all the time but it happens regularly. I'll go back and fix it and sometimes it sticks and some times it does not. I have already missed 1 meeting because I didn't noticed that it changed the time. Is anyone else experiencing this the same issues?Gmail Gadget Fails To Recognize Contact
New to Zoho CRM. I have set up the Zoho account, matched it up with my Google Apps account. I have received downloads of Gmail contacts. When I open a gmail email the Zoho gadget does not recognize that the contact is already in Zoho CRM contacts. I get the message "Sorry, Contact or Lead does not exist." Hello when trying to connect MS Word 2010 to Zoho CRM via the published Office add-in ($3/mo/user) - we are getting the following error (image below). I am testing Zoho CRM for a magazine article concerning mail merges, so it needs to work seamlessly. If we click "yes" to running scripts, the connection is made - but the application does not respond correctly (unable to add merge fields... unable to save... etc.) . Hello We started to use ZohoCRM by adding ZohoCRM as an application from https://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/viewListing?productListingId=2533+17854168373705313802&pli=1 for one Google Apps domain let say www.google.com/a/domain1.com. Now we would like to change the Google Apps domain bounded with this ZohoCRM environment to another domain let say www.google.com/a/domain2.com. I have added the mail add-on to ZCRM. The problem I am experiencing is that it attaches the email history to the contact records only on SENT mail. I can not figure out why RECEIVED mail for contacts are not being recorded. Is this normal? It seems as if it did both for awhile, because some contacts have records of both happening. I have tested this multiple times since and NO received emails get attached now. Thanks for your help. BradEmail
I've got a lot of time invested in Zoho CRM and I don't want to leave but the 250 email per day limit is way too restrictive especially in view of the many, many other CRM's out there which have far surpassed Zoho. Hi We use Zoho to generate our outbound letters. However at present. we can see no mail merge code in Zoho that enters the date of the mail merge onto to the letter. We want the date to be static and fixed to the date of generation, for future reference. At the moment we use autotext in Word prior to uploading the template. But this is not good as it will either (1) show the date the template was uploaded (2) so that the letter shows the date of when the document is gone back into and opened.google calendar setup just gives a blank page

I am a brand new Zoho user and I can't get the MS Outlook Plugin to install. I purchased the service, enabled it in my account, downloaded the plugin, installed it on my MS Windows 7 64 bit laptop with a message saying the program installed. Dear Team, The Contact Sync won't sync contacts originally imported from Cardscan. The plugin doesn't say that it's not syncing. No error message, no notification that it even recognizes that they are contacts, nothing. I can't use this if I don't even know which contacts are syncing, especially if they still have the Zoho category and I don't get any error.
