Google Maps native within Zoho CRM Mobile
One fairly minor, but really helpful thought - in the Zoho CRM Mobile site, if you look up a contact's address it will default open up to Google Maps website... yet, on Android phones it would be REALLY nice if the link syntax told the phone to send the link to the Maps app instead of the mobile Maps site. Outlook Plugin for CRM - Password not working
I have installed the CRM outlook plugin installed (after may repeated attempts) however when I attempt to login within outlook the password is not working and i get the error message "you must use a valid username and password" The blogs I have read state it's supposed to be the same as the Zoho login, can anybody confirm is this correct?. Emails not attaching to contacts properly
It looks like e-mails aren't being attached to contacts properly unless they are the specific sender, or the first receiver on the list. However, all emails should attach if they are anywhere in the chain…if I send an email to two contacts, it should attach to both their accounts, not just the first one.
Outlook Calendar Sync BUG
Hi ! Each time I synchronize my Outlook Calendar with Zoho CRM, my appointments planned in Outlook at 15:00 are correctly planned in Zoho at 03:00 PM , but they are automatically modified in Outlook to 03:00 AM...!!! Can you fix this bug please ??? Is there a way to use 24:00 hour format in Zoho instead of 12:00 AM or PM ??? I'm using MS Outlook 2007 with Windows XP SP3 Thanks in advance !! Bruno
SQL plug-in for reporting
The custom reporting facility seems to be quite basic. I've tried to write a couple of reports which I thought were fairly simple and can't get them to work as there is no facility to use a look-up using list / multilist field in both sides of a clause. Example: List field in Potentials listing the opportunity type. Multilist field in Accounts listing all investment interests which a company is interested in. Create a report where Accounts | investment interests contains Potentials | opportunity
Zoho dll not a valid office add-in
Hello I am unable to install the Outlook add-in. The dll file is there, but Outllook doesn't like it. I'm running MS Office Outlook 2007 SP2 on MS Windows 7 Pro SP1 (64 bit). When I try to install the dll file with Outlook Trust Center/Manage COM Add-ins, Outlook returns error message: "ZohoCRMOLAddin.dll is not a valid Office Add-in". Any thoughts? Thanks Bill
How to synchronize in Zoho CRM Professional Outlook contacts with Zoho CRM contacts owned by other users?

Outlook Calendar Sync and Associate with Opportunity, Account, or Contact (Related To)
When I sync my Outlook Calendar through the Outlook Plug-in, is there anyway to designate the Opportunity, Account, or Contact with which it should be associated? Or, is there a way within ZOHO to easily see the events that are not related to anything, and quickly relate them without having to go through the multiple-step process of editing and choosing "related to" for each event? Outlook Plugin for CRM - PROS & CONS?
I'm trying to figure out if the Outlook Plugin is worth it. Please add your insights based on experience. PROS 1. All data/communications in one place (CRM) 2. All activity for one Contact is linked to one Contact (unless more than 1 Contact was on email distribution) CONS 1. Not possible to filter which emails go to CRM vs. stay in Outlook - it's all or nothing if plugin is installed 2. If more than one Contact gets sent an email, only one Contact shows email in their history
"reply to" email and "from" email
I recently upgraded my account to include the zoho mail add on. I have a corp email address that I can not bring in to zoho for security reasons. Prior to enabling the mail add on. I had the ability to add as a send from email address which worked great. Now that I have enable the zoho mail add on I can only use my @zoho.com email address. Username not recognised in MS Outlook

Filtering out / Removing email that is not related to a Zoho CRM contact
I'm sure this has been discussed elsewhere but I need help and can't find another discussion thread. Zoho Mail add-on pulls in ALL my email to Zoho Mail. The only mail I want to see in the inbox is email from EXISTING CONTACTS/LEADS in Zoho. The rest I'd like to place in another folder or delete all together. Outlook Plugin - Change Automatically Include Attachments
Hi Zoho In the Outlook Plugin when adding an email, is it possible for the check box for "Attachments" not to be automatically marked? When this is automatically marked, more often than not, our employees forget to unmark it if attachments are not important to include in the CRM. We therefore risk quickly to have too much information in the system and having to buy additional space than what is actually needed. I hope you can help with this issue. Cannot call from Zoho CRM iPhone App with space in phone number

Unclear Company logo
Dear, I have been working on the company logo to add it to several templates. Only problem is the resolution of the logo when printed. The file is 580x120px and has 300dpi. I add it to the company details. When i print a invoice using the template, the logo is unclear and of pretty bad resolution. Far from good enough to use at least. What can i do about it? Thanks! Outlook Plug In Failing at Log In Across the Board
Out organization is unable to log in to the Outlook plug in universally this morning, whether it be from a networked PC, a remote laptop (not using VPN). Different forms of anti-virus, etc. So I'd say something is potentially broken on the Zoho end. Anyone else seeing this?

Hi, I cant seem to get my outlook plugin working. Problem w/ PhoneBridge
Is anyone else having problems w/ PhoneBridge? I am able to run it against my Asterisk machine and the Java program logs in via the manager interface just fine, however I can not connect with crm.zoho.com. It was working just fine, but now it stopped working. I also check the CRM Key and the key is fine as well. ZohoCRM Outlook plugin not seeing newly added contacts
Hi I have Outlook 2007 and use the Outlook plugin to integrate with Zoho CRM. I also use a Cardscan business card scanner to add new contacts into Outlook. After I scan cards into Cardscan and validate them (including adding the Zoho category), I then sync them with Outlook using the Cardscan software. So far, so good.
