Using this product the process takes forever (takes tool long and is very slow). Is Camcard https://camcard.com/ compatible with Zoho CRM? Any suggestion how I can scan in 600+ business cards into Zoho CRM quickly? Please give details.
Zoho CRM Python SDK documentation
Hi, where can I find the documentation of the SDK. I was using the get_records() of the SDK function but it looks like it does not support the fields parameter (page, per_page and cvid are fine). The function works fine but it fetches all the fields (I need just a few). Any idea?
Email Nurture customers
I currently have 20 services and for each service I have 8 emails. This totals to 160 emails I will send 4 emails drip feed before the lead is qualified I will send 4 emails drip feed when the lead is qualified 3 of the emails sent are the same across all services apart from the Images, links & content. The structure will be exactly the same. What is the best thing to do here ? Especially if i need to scale.

I would like to set up a web page where my clients can schedule a time with me. I am familiar with other CRMs that interface with their calendar and offer this capability, but it doesn't appear that Zoho does. Am I missing something? Set a Default Date for a custom field
In a Deal I have a date that I would like to set a default value for based on another field. For sake of the example, I'll call the first "Arrival" and the second "Cut-off". I want the filed "Cut-off" to be defaulted to three weeks before "Arrival". (Example: Arrival is set to 30-Dec-2018, Cut-off is defaulted to 9-Dec-2018) Under Workflows, I can setup the triggering event when the Arrival field is changed, however the Field Update does not allow me to select another field as the base to "minus"
Deal Stage Layouts
So my company offers about 8 different services. Each has a very specific deal stage and probability process. However, in the enterprise version I am only allowed 3 layouts (which in turn means only 3 unique stage processes). Is there a workarond to this? I dont understand why I cant use more layouts? I am sure large corporations have many deal situations they have to account for.

Hi Zoho team, I'm quite disappointed that I need to either manually click every time or wait for the automatic sync to start transactions with customers in books. I should be instantly allowed to perform transactions with contacts as soon as i enter them as a contact. Can this issue be resolved ASAP?

Does Zoho have a spreadsheet or table format that would allow us to import invoice data from another source? In our invoicing module, we have it so Zoho creates a unique order number for new records, how would the effect this process?

Should I use a Custom Function?
I seem to be stuck on how to accomplish the following. When I add a new lead and the Lead Source is "X", I want to have that lead assigned to a certain Zoho CRM Campaign. Once I save the Lead I know I can scroll down to the related records and add the Lead to the correct Campaign and maybe this is the easiest and most efficient way? Is it possible to add a Lead to a Campaign? And assuming yes, is this only possible using Custom Functions? Thanks!

Send form from Contact in CRM
I want to be able to click on a contact then "Send form" from within the contact to gather further details about the contact and to send other forms so they can upload files which then attach to their contact for review by staff. Show autonumber field in calendar entry for event
Hi all, I am new to Zoho but have been working hard to build a system that we can use. I have set up an autonumber field in the New Event form which is a unique job number. The idea is for this job number to appear in the calendar entry so when we perform the job and fill in a Zoho Form we have easy access to the number. At the moment the only way I can get this to work is if a new event is created, the user then goes into that event, copies the autonumber and pastes it into the description of the

Mobile App: Insufficient Privileges to change Lookup Field Value in Blueprint Transition

Map Fields from a custom module into a new Deal
Hi There! I want to map the details of a vessel into the deal field when a new deal is created. I have created a vessel module that contains all of the relevant details that will have be entered into the deal. I would like all of the additional details to auto-populate once I enter an IMO Number into the Deal (the individual number given to each vessel.) The IMO Number is also in the vessel module details. I know I need to use a custom function for this - unless anyone has any other suggestions?

the ability to invite other CRM users to your events
We often have experts and managers attend meetings with sales representatives. Why can you not add another CRM user to your event without inviting them as a guest? If you could add them as a user, not a guest, then it would appear in their CRM calendar.
Business Card Not Attaching to CRM
I've been using zoho crm and the zoho business card scanner for about two years. In the last few months when I scan a business card, the information is stored but the business card is not attaching. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the card scanner app and no success. Logging in and out doesn't help either. Zoho support hasn't been able to figure it out. Anyone else have this problem?
