Day limit reached - when it resets?
I got a message than my day limit of deluge script is reached. 1) What is the time where it will be reseted and I will be able to use workflow rules again? 2) will my rules, which did not work due to this, be done tomorrow, or they will be lost?
Exporting to Salesforce
I am working with a company that requires the use of Salesforce. Feeds not showing for Group
I created a group and a couple of auto follow rules assigned to the group in the Feeds tab. However, nothing at all shows up in the group feed. This group consists of the actual users and I even added the Roles just to be sure. But nothing is showing at all - just a message saying "no data available" Any idea what the problem may be? Thanks!

Duplicate account names on report
When we run a report using account type is a certain name (architect), many account come up two or more times in the list. Why is this? Cannot figure out how to keep the exact same accounts from repeating in the report list.
Importing Tasks - how to associate it with an account?
I'm trying to import tasks into Zoho. Exporting to get my Zoho ID I imported my companies and contacts from the Setup > Data Administration > Import. Then, I exported my companies to get the Zoho ID (i.e. zcrm_2195XXX000000176XXX) Importing to Tasks I used the above ID for the "related to" field during the task import. After the import, the related ID is empty and the task is not associated with anything. What am I supposed to use in the "related to" field for a successful import? I followed the
Zoho Desk tab inside Zoho CRM
Hello, our Zoho CRM plus users currently have a tab to Zoho Projects which opens directly inside Zoho CRM. I think it's embedded into the CRM as an iframe or equivalent. My question is whether the same can be done with Zoho Desk. Our best scenario is that users do not have to leave the CRM interface to view helpdesk tickets. I tried to create a web tab pointing to zoho desk, but it loads a blank page. Any ideas? Thank you.

My intent is to create a Secondary Unit Price that may have a different value from Primary Unit Price if Unit Usage is "CPM" (cost per 1000). Report to show Accounts with previous Event but no future Task
I would like to create a report to show all my accounts that have had previous events but do not have a future task scheduled. Is that possible and if so what are the appropriate filters?
Why do items in the recycle bin show up in reports?
It appears that items in the Recycle Bin show up in Reports. How can I prevent this from happening? Currently, I must empty the recycle bin in order to exclude deleted items, but there must be a better way to exclude deleted items from reports. Any advice? Thanks
Deal Stage List not Updated in Lead Conversion Window
I have updated the deal stages and corresponding probabilities. When I convert a lead and choose to create a deal, the stage options still include the old/original stages along with my new ones even though the Stage-Probability Mapping setup only includes the ones I want. Is there something else I need to update?
Zoho CRM
I have four new columns I have to populate within records that already exist. Right now, in Zoho CRM, I am using the sheet view to update 100 records at a time by copy/paste from my Excel into Zoho sheets. For 50,000+ records this is highly inefficient and costs me a lot of time. I will frequently have to update these four fields plus others as new data comes to me and right now I am stuck doing this task in the manner explained above. Products in Potentials
When a potential is created is there a way to edit the price of the product to reflect discounts? Ideally there would be a discount field so I can see how much we are discounting but even if we could change the amount when adding a product would work. Am I missing something here?

Has anyone had any success directly linking Zoho CRM to either constant contact or Mail Chimp? Personally it would be great to have an application that allows you to export mail lists directly to third party email marketing solutiosn like these. Product Movement
Is there a way to move products between locations. We have a number of field based engineers who carry parts in the vans. I need to book parts out of our stores into the van stock and then back in when not used or invoice to the customer if they are used. Unable to setup sync with CRM from Campaign
I have changed the e-mail for my CRM account and generated a new ZSC Key. If I go to Campaigns Contacts -> Sync Contacts and want to setup a new sync to CRM I am told that the An account with this email address has already been created in your org. Please contact your org administrator for access priviges. I just want to be able to push leads and contacts from CRM to Campaigns!???
