Moving Document Folders
How can I move a document folder into another folder? I only see the option to move to the trash.prevent sheet from changing views for all users when filters active
I have 6-7 people that will be looking at shared sheet - but when one of them uses a filter, then everyone's view changes to that now filtered view. I suspect no way of avoiding this - but hope someone may have cheeky way to address this? Perhaps having a sheet per user, but then how to ensure that data is consolidated amongst all sheets? ERROR: "You need permission to access this page", https://payments.zoho.com/html/store/error.html. HERE IS WHAT I TRIED: 1) Clicked 'upgrade plan' on Windows 10 desktop app. Opens a page. Goes to error. Already logged in with my email account on both the desktop and browser. 2) https://www.zoho.com/docs/zoho-docs-pricing.html. There is no option to buy, just TRY. Currently using a FREE plan but looking at the possibility of updating to make it easier to share docs with new team members located in other parts of the world. On the Standard plan the storage allocation is 50Gb per user. What I'm wanting to know is if that means we have 200Gb that everyone can access, or is it split so that each user gets 50Gb? Hi, when I look at the size of my files I store in Zoho on my computer I can see that I am storing about 806MB, however as I am the admin on Zoho I can also look at myself as a Zoho user and see how much storage I am using on Zoho, and it says there 2.5MB - why is there such a mismatch? Hello, I hope I'm in the right place. I'm new to using Zohodocs to sync files. I'm using Zohodocs on the newest version of Linux Mint. (I use an additional Linux OS called Chalet OS. The syncing icon does appear here). For some reason, in Linux Mint the icon does not appear in the system tray/panel at startup (like Dropbox does). Because of this I have no way to pause and resume the syncing when I need to. In fact, there is no icon for Zohodocs there at all. Please the attachment. I am hoping someone can help. Something has gone wrong with my zoho docs folder on my win 10 laptop. I am happy to delete the local copy and sync from scratch but I am worried about the line the dialog box "Creating a new Zoho folder will remove the existing contents from your zoho account". When creating large documents, the one function I am really missing is to add different headers! This great little function for working with document chapters, so Section One is about Introduction. The Header has title Introduction and gets a blue text box, next section is about Etc. and gets a red text box. Each Section is still has its own headings but can you know chapter you need to find once you 300 page document is done! This will be really, really great addition to your product!Annoying Boxes

When I try to move the cursor to a position in a text line, the cursor appears at a position a few characters right of the intended position. Text, which I enter afterwards, appear at the intended position. This happens only on text lines which have links in it. Hello, I am the admin of my organisation. I have upgraded myself to a 100GB plan a few days ago to be able to share more things with the 3 more users within my organisation. Today I tried to add one more user and it says I have reach my user's limit... And I realise that the 3 users I had already added have an inactive status. I don't understand...
