Zoho remote show api wont return any response
Hey. I have big problem. I have a local server nad trying to post a file via PHP and curl but cant get any response. Does it need that my server will be ssl secured? I am trying to sync my computer (again) to Zoho Docs because yesterday my desktop ZOHO documents disappeared. When doing so, I encountered (exceeded download limit for the day - Please upgrade your account.). So, I upgraded my account and am STILL getting the same errors. In addition, my phone does not sync the "Shared With Me" documents very often. It has only worked ONCE. How do I resolve these issues. I moved a fairly large folder (200+ files) from my account to the d62qdirector account in our organization and the contents disappeared, but not the folder. In the destination it resulted in the folder existing there with the only content being a cyclical reference to the parent folder. So you go from A containing folder B which in turn contains folder A. Hello, I have text in the remote writer, with lettertype 10 ( Times New roman), when I change the size to 11 and save it. and then reopen it in our remote writer, it takes again the previous size, (10). Hi Apologies for posting a complete noob question but I've checked the forums and can't see that anyone else has asked this. I am testing under the free 5gb account (not the trial account) before deciding whether to recommend purchasing. All seemed fine until I shared folders/docs with a collaborator. I am attempting to upload images to display in a presentation from my computer. When I go to add an image, I see the upload bar scan quickly from left-to-right, to 100%, where the screen freezes. The image is never uploaded. When I check my image library, the image name is displayed under the icon of a broken image. Images are jpgs, not large files. Update! I have had this 2 times now, first with zoho presentation and now with zoho docs. I cannot export, download, or even email a document to me. I have "checked out" the files, I have "checked in" the files and tried again. When I try to email, it simply says, "Problem in sending email. Please try again later." Currently my org have 10 users. All use less than 5% of their storage, except me. My Zoho Docs account complains "Storage Space Exceeds " Since other users don't use Docs very much, it makes perfect sense for me to upgrade my account only. AKA. 1 paid users + 9 free users My questions are: 1. Can I just make my account a Standard user and keep the other 9 Free users? 2. Hello, As I've been away it's only this week that I've come into contact with the new pricing structure. The biggest grievance I have at this point is being forced to pay for 5 users when there is only me. I really don't understand this logic. Hello Zoho! I got tired of seeing my whole document underlined with red when writing in a foreign language (Spanish is the case right now) so I checked the settings and saw that the magical option "auto"(detect) was on, and even though it was already like that by default, I selected that option again and it seemed to work because the red underlined just disappeared (yei!); the problem came back when I reloaded the document and I started to see that beautiful red line under my text once again. Hello, Im trying to get a list of all folders and subfolders that I have in Zoho Docs The main problem is that when I use the function Folder it only provides me the folders that are placed in root. If I want to get the subfolders of each folder I have to recall the /folders function again passing the ID of the folder that I want to get the subfolders as a parameter. This is so annoying.
