Hello Ahmed, Just a quick note to ask about an issue we have had pop up a few times recently. When the attendees log into a presentation they get a blank window that is a couple of inches high and wide that will not maximise. It appears after entering attendee name and selecting enter. Either I don't understand the interface or there is a discrepancy in group memberships. I have a document I am trying to share. When I click the links under writer.zoho.com to share to a group ("NCSU Basic Camp 2009" is the name) I see the group with six members and 32 pending. The links I refer to are Share / Add Groups / My Groups / Edit (for the group). Now I go to personal.zoho.com and click Contacts. I see the "NCSU Basic Camp 2009" group, but with only two members. Hi there, I want to edit a Word document in real time with another colleague. Meaning when I change anything in Zoho, he should see in his screen in real time and he should be able to edit and I should see in real time. Real time here meaning immediately. I have uploaded the file from my laptop into Zoho and perform the following: click on share enter the email add of my colleague my colleague opens his mail and clicks on the link.(He has already registered as a use in Zoho) my colleague seems toin sharing a file, can't my group revise and save all online?
I am confused. I was under the assumption that Zoho allowed people who do not have MS Office to work on and revise my files (I have MS Office) completely online. However, when one of my staff tries to open a shared Excel file I posted, they get a little pop-up from Windows that asks them if they want to open or save the file. I call the Zoho Show editorurl API and got an URL from the response. If i use the URL in firefox and IE, I am able to get zoho show editor with my power point in it. It is vital that we get the ability for shared users to email shared documents and spreadhsheets. Currently this is not possible, and creating multiple documents (it looks to be the only workaround currently) is going to cause us unbelievable compliance, versioning and workflow headaches. As noted before shared folders would be great also. This is very important, and this single issue may become a future deal-killer. We blow it on compliance, our business model fails. I have a slide with text on it visible in the main window. The thumbnail of the slide in the sequence frame to the left shows the text wrapping differently. When I export to PPS, the text wraps differently than BOTH what you see in the main window and the thumbnail! This is, not surprisingly, a big problem. I just learned that Zoho Projects stores their doc's separately from Doc's. For that matter, so does People, CRM. Is there a way to provide an option to store the documents in zoho doc's? I realize to sell crm separately without zoho business and documents, you need a separate storage capability. I "signed up" with Zoho using the Open ID feature and connected using my Yahoo ID. I would like to use Zoho mail, which is listed as my current default email service, to receive announcements such as when documents have been shared. However, all such announcements are currently going to my Yahoo Mail account. My Yahoo Mail account is not even listed under my mail preferences. Is there no way to receive announcements using a different email service? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Local Time

I really want to add youtube videos to my show. When I go to Inster HTML Code Snippet, it says that we can type or paste the URL snippet in the box. Foor some reason, I can't past anything. Zoho Show Team, When I upload a photo or an image to insert into the slideshow, it inserts into My Library. Over the period of time, I believe, the images keep accumulating there. It would be quite useful for collaboration purposes if I could share a (sub-)Folder to a person or group. When uploading a new document I would not have to explicitly share that document if only I upload it into a folder that is shared already. In addition, what would be very handy is an automatic e-mail notification to all members sharing this folder. Otherwise I would have to mail the group members separately, and that really wouldn't make sense... I am considering switching to ZOHO Docs from MSadvanced/better search

It supposed to make it easy to organize and find things. Therefore I strongly suggest you to upgrade the search option. Remote Presentation is very useful. I think the mouse pointer for viewers is a neat feature, better than turning around to a screen to point. But I want a way to hide the mouse from the viewers. It seems to me that once the mouse enters the slide area, there is no way to remove it from the viewer (edge or corner at best).How to view online documents

Hi Ahmed, I am creating a new presentation and as I create new slides Ihave been right clicking on slide 1 and duplicating it. After creating 20 slides it stopped working and giving a "Error creating new slide" message. I logged out and cleared cache and page memorywhich fixed it nce but have tried several times since without it workin. Any ideas??
