gmail extension really needs a link back to the original email!
Please add a link back to the original email into the zoho projects gmail integration so that once the task is completed the relevant email can be easily found and replied to to update the client of the progress/completion or ask for additional information. Todoist does this brilliantly in their gmail integration and I used their task management because of this seamless email > task > email with a single click without leaving your inbox feature. I am now trying hard to migrate my businesses to using
Zoho CRM Gmail Extension (as opposed to Chrome Extension)
hey all, i wanted to throw an idea out here related to Gmail. currently, Zoho CRM has a Chrome Extension that overlays the crm sidebar on top of gmail. now that Gmail has released it's latest and greatest version that supports Gmail Extensions directly within Gmail (agnostic to any browser), it would be super helpful if the Zoho CRM team could port the Chrome Extension over to a native Gmail Extension. I mocked up a screenshot of what the Zoho CRM extension would look like as a native Gmail Extension.

Calendar Sync
I would LOVE to see it set up so that you can sync your calendar across multiple platforms or maybe view an external calendar within the Zoho calendar. It appears to me that right now the only thing that you can do is import from another calendar using ics. While this is a nice feature I would love to be able to add something to my calendar and have it update my Google (G-Mail) calendar, Yahoo Calendar, and/or Plaxo Calendar. Am I asking for way to much here?? If nothing else just being able to view
Contextual Gadget Functionality
I can't seem to be able to add the Contextual Gadget functionality, when I go to the dashboard, it only says "License" under ZOHO CRM. It does not have the Enable or Disable hypertext. Whats up.

Hi Team, So much is happening online these days, that geographical boundaries cease to exists The question of "what is your time zone"has replaced the "where are your from" on many first emails? So it will only make sense if we can have zoho meeting planner made available as zoho gadget for the following reasons every zoho user has his "time zone" integrated within the meeting planner Any other zoho user can "request a meeting"... (& both use zoho meeting) If i can see the "local time of the other
