CANNOT CONFIGURE ZOHO MAIL IN OUTLOOK 2016
I cannot configure or access zoho mail in Outlook 2016/2019, everytime it pops out with either no response from server or failed credentials, despite logging in with known password. webmail has no issue. fresh install of outlook does not solve the problem. Please fix this or else we will migrate our mail account elsewhere. zoho seems to be so buggy that it is not even worth using anymore and is affecting our business.
