Since yesterday 25 Oct 2020 CET I cannot send mail through the Zoho SMTP server. I also cannot ping the server smtp.zoho.com, whereas I can ping mail.zoho.com, msync.zoho.com, etc. It therefore looks like the server is down. Best regards, Rob

Zoho Mail Spell Check
How do I turn off Spell Check, please? It bugs me to see so many words underscored in red when I compose my emails. There's nothing wrong with my spelling, it's just there are so many words I use including place names and scientific plant names that the spell checker does not recognise. The Zoho Mail User Guide refers to a 'Spell check' icon, but I can not find one.

Hello, I added several accounts to the desktop app and I would like to remove one. How can I remove that particular user from the desktop app? I followed each instruction to the letter, but every time I try to verify it states that the "Verification Failed." Outlook with ActiveSync causes duplicate Sent items
I connected Microsoft Outlook 2016 to Zoho using ActiveSync. It seems to work great - immediate email notifications and quick syncing. The only problem is that when I send an email, two copies of the email appear in the Sent folder. Is there any setting to fix this - or even better, can Zoho be changed to just "do the right thing"?
