How can I add ics to calendar via click?
I receive an email with a link to an ICS. What do I need to do using Windows desktop client 'lite' or web app so that just clicking the link adds it to a calendar?

hi I have just signed up for this email service as my last host had deliverability issues. We as a business send out weekly invoices to 120+ customers every Thursday evening. We set a delay of 4 seconds from every email and we got blocked. This has caused us major issues. Not only do we not know who has or hasn't received their invoice, we are going to annoy some customers sending two invoices eventually. Failed to send mail
I am having trouble with one of my accounts in the Android mail app. Whenever I try to send an email I get a notification saying "syncing mail" then a notification "failed to send mail". The message doesn't show in the outbox, if I tap the notification it loads the compose message page, with my message loaded. I am able to download and read messages from that account and I am able to send mail via the account from a web browser, and I am able to send messages from the app using a different account.

Hi guys, I have tried everything I know how to do to try and resolve this current issue im having. On my account, I have set up mail hosting, MX Records and SPF, yet when I send an email to my account I get an error saying "553 Relaying Disallowed". I have followed a number of guides, and combed through this forum for any sort of help but I've followed everything and yet the problem still happens. E-mail Sorting option
It would be nice if we could sort our email by the "From" field or "Subject" field in the inbox and by the "To" field in the sent folder. Currently, we can only sort by date.

Where does "Email Moved From Spam" put the message?
Hello! From the mobile app in the spam folder is the little circle with the line through it icon in the middle bottom. When clicked it says "Email Moved From Spam" but then I can't find the emails anywhere. It's not the trashcan "delete" icon so they should be moved somewhere, but where???? Thank you! Kevin
Different User Emails Forwarding - Removing Duplicate Emails
Hello, I manage an email that receives forwarded email from different users within the same domain. I have this setting set up to manage the different projects and to minimize the number of streams and forwarded emails. This set up is very useful in my role, however, I find myself removing duplicate threads. Emails with the same subject line and content but with sent to addresses. I wouldn't mind having the separate email but I would rather have them under the same thread. What setting can I change

We are a small company using zoho one. We have been using office 365 for email primarily, but we have wondered if the value of integrating better with ZOHO CRM, that Zoho mail is worth switching to. I see good reviews about in online searches, but zoho people say to stay with outlook. Zoho is as good. nameservers
My domain is held by Bluehost. I am not able use DNS settings to point my domain to Zoho with. The only way for me to point my domain to Zoho is using nameservers. Different subscriptions on same account
Is it possible to have different subscriptions under the same account? I saw a thread from about 5yrs ago but I am sure a lot of that has changed! Under the same custom domain email account, I have one user that needs premium features (premium mail plan $4/mo) and another user that needs less features/capacity but still allow for native mail app usage (mail lite plan $1/mo). Is this possible? Or do they all need to be under a premium subscription?

Hi, I just purchased a Zoho mail basic subscription. However, I don't seem to be able to use IMAP. I can access it in my admin control panel for my email. But when I go my email settings, I see the message: "This feature is available exclusively with the paid plans. Learn More." I need IMAP as I use Outlook and other email clients.
