Hi there I need to reset my admin account for my mail account using the domain www [dot] axp [dot] world I have sent multiple emails to the support email address and also filled up the support form but I have not heard back for over a month. Can someone please help?

Can't create new user on domain email on Zoho
I moved my domain email, pervisim.com to Zoho and am wanting to create user accounts. In the control panel there is only one option "Add" and no "Create". When i add the mail account, pat.stevenson@pervisim.com, it tries to send an invite to this email address which of course won't work. How can I fix this?

Critical Delay: 1 hour to receive an e-mail
Hi, I'm Receiving e-mails and it's delayed about 1 hour to be at inbox, but for sending e-mails it's OK, once I could see it on Yahoo's Inbox about 1 minute after clicking on send button. See the attachments with the tests (but I guess you might check on server side, using better tools, isn't it?) I can't work with so slow e-mail like that! i was intending to migrate from Free Gmail account wich delays 15 min. but ZOHO is WORSE!! Is there a solution for it? Thank you!
Zoho Mail and User Unique Encryption
Does ZOHO mail have the ability for strong user encryption of email that maintains secure encryption that ZOHO cannot decrypt nor produce user keys or back door? I am looking for secure email such as protonmail and while ZOHO says its uses end-to-end encryption, it seems they are more like Google and maintain the ability to decrypt user emails themselves.

Infinite Scroll vs. Pagination
Hello, one of our clients is complaining about the fact that she can't easily scroll to a specific date to see email messages, as she has to scroll with the infinite scroll. How to log out
I know this sounds ridiculous, but I'm using Zoho mail for the first time and I simply can't see a place to log out. I generally use several non-linked e-mail accounts and log out to move from one to another. In this case, I want to log out to create one for a friend. I can see how to log out on THIS page - but not in Zoho Mail. Help?

A day ago it was working to click the "Insert HTML" button to load my email templates. Today when I was trying to insert my email template via the "insert HTM" button when I click the "insert" button after the template doesn't load and it says, "[object HTMLBodyElement]". Configurable Trash auto-deletion
Hello Zoho Team, Would like to propose a configurable auto-deletion of trash, including an option to disable auto-deletion all together. Many providers impose this kind of funcionality and I find it very to me. IMAP login / sessions history not available
Typically I'm unable to know where are users connecting from when using IMAP. If they login on the Web then it's visible on Device Sign-Ins, Active Sessions, Activity History, etc. This is a big security limitation. Is it a temporary problem? In the same field, Application-Specific Passwords show the creation date but don't show the last login time/agent header/ip address. For security review and revocation they are not so useful.

I am integrating zoho mail into my application. I can't find a good way to see unread email count. I don't want to write my application to potentially loop hundreds or thousands of emails to count the amount of status unread. I also need to be able to download attachments in my app. All I see is how to get attachment information. But no way to retrieve the attachment. Last, is there any way to see views with the API?

Can't add user to Zoho Mail becuase it's trying to send invite

Não conseguimos receber qualquer email, assim como a grande maioria dos enviados não chega aos destinatários.
