Zoom invites not populating Date and Time image in Zoho Mail
Does anyone else have the problem that Zoom invites are not populating the image that contains the Date and Time of the meeting? This is a critical issue I need to fix Thank you Nolan

HI I am getting an error through ZOHO that my DNS settings are not inputed correctly. Not sure what I am doing wrong here. But cannot receive emails in Zoho Also the SPF in ZOHO is giving me an error too. Attached is a screenshot of how I inputed the information. Thanks

Some calendar invites dont show accept button in Zoho mail
Hi, This is becoming a big issue for me and stopping me using zoho mail. for some calendar invites I'm sent from customers, I don't have any button or anything to ACCEPT the invite and have it added to Zoho calendar. if I open the same email in outlook or gmail, it shows the accept button just fine but then it only adds it to gmail calendar which then has no way of adding the same event to zoho calendar. this is a huge problem for me so what's the fix for it ? it means I can't use one email platform

Unfortunately, as of this morning, we can neither download nor illuminate any PDF attachment. Interestingly enough, if we pass the message with the attachment to another mailbox, the attachment is visible. When you try to display the file on a card in your inbox, a message is displayed: An error occurred while opening this file. Kindly download and view it.

Mail Outgoing Blocked
I am unable to send emails using my email address info at winsomeflora.com and the message I get is Your account info {at} winsomeflora.com has been blocked due to security reasons. I logged into my Control Panel for the domain and see that 'Outgoing' is flagged as 'Off'. When I try to enable it, it says 'Operation permitted for paid users only' Can somebody please tell me what is the reason for this issue and how can my outgoing be unblocked? Thanks,

I'm trying to verify my domain and tried the txt method first but didn't work so I tried the CNAME method and it also says that it cant verify my domain although when I paste the link with my CNAME in browser the redirect to the Zoho page works perfectly. Hello, I created two email adresses 3 days ago linked to my domain name hosted by "I Want My Name.com". I am able to send emails from those two new adresses (contact@irene-eroticfanzine.com, submit@irene-eroticfanzine.com) BUT I can't receive any ones at all. Hi! I'm wondering if it is possible to have multiple email addresses all setup on one account. I want to have support@mycompany.com, sales@mycompany.com, and accessibility@mycompany.com all go to my account. Currently, support@mycompany.com is setup and working well on a single zoho enterprise account. Is setting up multiple emails like this possible using one account? Cut and Paste removes logo in email signature
I've been using an email signature for more than a year without issue. Today I changed the email signature to add another social link. Suddenly, if I cut and paste anything into the body of my email it will make the logo disappear. Thinking it had something to do with the new signature, I deleted it and put the old signature back in. Now the same thing is happening with the old signature. Hi, I've set up a business email for myself a couple of days ago (and some other in my company) and it was working fine to begin with. However now when I go to the login page (https://www.zoho.com/mail/login.html) and simply click on the button that says "Access zoho mail" I then get directed to a page which says Unexpected Server Error. New Email Setup: Mobile Number Already Exist
I have two businesses already registered to use Zoho Mail and am in the process of adding a third. I want to keep all of my businesses separate in case the companies are passed on to another party in the future.
