Zoho Mail - Desktop: Tiny window, cannot be resized
After logging into Zoho Mail - Desktop (which rarely works), it shows up in a tiny window which I cannot resize. This way it cannot be used (see screenshot).
IMAP access blocked due to suspicious sign in activity - unable to unblock
My imap access has been blocked to the account ben@reposecreative.co.uk due to suspicious signing activity. This is a false positive because I used a VPN and zoho can't cope with my IP address changing. When I try to unblock it in the admin panel I get an 'oops, something went wrong' error. Please unblock my account so that I can access it via IMAP. I emailed in about this nearly 72 hours ago and have not yet had any response. Please unblock the IMAP access, this is hurting my business. Thanks.
Can not access Archived emails
Hi. I have searched through every drop down menu and the settings for archive and can see/find no way of viewing and retrieving archived emails. I have archived a couple of email in error and need to retrieve them. Getting them back appears to be almost impossible or hidden away somewhere obscure, don't understand why this would be and can anyone help with this. I have gone through the help section but it refers to a VIEW ARCHIVE which I dont appear to have, the screen shot on another post is outdated
Zoho Mail Not working with Wordpress
I have been using zoho mail for my website (https://markedium.com). I couldn't able to get any mail from website and I also want to use different mail for different section like: contact, submission, registration etc. Is there any way to integrate / use all the email for different purpose. Also Zoho Plugin for WordPress giving error. Check the screenshot kindly. Is there any way to use SMTP ports manually in wordpress to integrate Zoho mail with WordPress website.
How many recipients can I include in an email?

Outlook stopped working with no change
I have not changed anything. It was working fine as of yesterday and all of a sudden started giving me issue with authentication fail. After all I used the same password logging in online and posting this. Have been waiting on phone for help for last 45 minutes. It scuks.
Exchange/Outlook to Zoho Mail
We currently use Exchange for our Mail Accounts, and Outlook (local, not 365) for email. We are a small company of 15, but absolutely live in email exchange info with clients. Email not working - MX errors
Dear Zoho, None of my email accounts will work and keep showing MX and SPF errors. I have followed all instructions on several occasions and waited 24/48 hours. Winmail.dat in my mails
Hello. There are two mailing tools in our compane - Outlook & Zoho Mail. When I receive a mail from person with Outlook, an appointment inside is in Winmail.dat. But other recepients with Zoho receive appointment as it should be. What is the problem with my account? Thank you
ZOHO mail is very slow, and often timing out.
It seems that many people have the same problem. Some ZOHO staff have reported that the problem has been identified and solved. But at least for me it is still continuing. Hello everyone, At this point, I accept really any help. I am trying for two weeks to connect Zoho Mail with my Google Domain (carneiro.dev). For now, I gave up of SPF and DKIM and I am solely trying solely to have MX verified. Zoho mail not loading on web browser
For the past week or so, my zoho mail has been hanging on the loading screen when using the web browser. I have tried two different browsers - Chrome and Edge, and it does this on both. The app on my phone works fine. This is my work email and I need to access it on my desktop computer in order to do my job. Is there any way to resolve this?

Mobile number already registered Pop-Up
I have been trying to authenticate my account to confirm it for 2 days now. I received the text message with the Zoho verification code, connected the account to Go Daddy, & followed the next steps for CNAME in DNS. I completed the TXT Method. The instructions say to log back into the account and the user will be able to go to the Control Panel, Domains Page, then verify. This never happens! Am able to send and receive mail with zoho properly but i am unable to receive mail sent from my own server. when i send mail to any other address say mail@gmail.com am able to receive but when i point to email id created using zoho am not receiving the mail. Auto archiving email
I thought that the default policy to archives files more than 3 months old would mean that my older emails would be auto-archived. However, when I view my archived files, there are only 4 emails there. In another email client, if I don't delete mail, it stays in my inbox for years, which is very helpful with my business. How do I make it so that ALL my old mail and sent mail don't get deleted, whether archived or otherwise?

Calendar invites not going to gmail
Hi, I have setup several invites over past couple of months from my Zoho calendar and none of them were delivered to gmail users. Have tried sending them to 2 gmail users, with no success. However, same invite goes out to other domains. Cant find invites in gmail spam folder either. so guessing that they are not getting delivered. Please help. Thanks

Hi, I made my email awhile ago and I have never been able to receive emails. This is frustrating because any client who may have tried contacting me I do not know. I have no idea how to change this or what MX or any of that means and I am incredibly frustrated with zoho mail.
