Missing +OK response upon connecting to the server: * OK svwall.zoho.com IMAP4 Server (Zoho Mail IMAP4rev1 Server version 1.0)" I'm trying to read my Zoho mail in the Gmail Client. I've tried both POP and IMAP configurations, but every time I get them, it lasts only for a while and then the configuration falls. Please help!

Icons not showing correctly

Hello, I've created a custom email with Zoho using my domain. It's working, I already activated the things I needed to, I tested it, emails are being sent and received. Now I want to add to my application "Mail" in mac iOS so I can have access to the custom email in my desktop application together with my other emails. I am unable to add it there though. Half my organisation's accounts are accessed via IMAP by unknown IPs everywhere around the world since 5th Sep. Zoho online support just shut me out after I complained that these accounts can still be accessed with IMAP even though a policy had been placed to disable IMAP access. Someone from Zoho please answer. This is very unprofessional by clamming up when there is a problem.

A few days ago, without any changes to my email client settings, my POP3 connections for my Zohomail account began failing. Do dia para noite paramos de receber e-mail apenas dessa empresa! Recebemos e-mails de todos os lugares e plataformas, menos a deles. Active Sync not working
We have our email hosted with Zoho but one email in particular is not properly syncing. I have active sync enabled, however after I select and read my emails on my phone, they are still showing up as unread in my Macmail and webmail. How best to set up sub-groups

My organization has a marketing team for individual social media platforms (e.g. YouTube team, Twitter team, Twitch team, etc.) We would like the staff of each of those teams to receive email from their relevant social media platforms in a stream, however, upper management also needs access to those streams.
