How do i add both mailgun and zoho mx together at Digitalocean? I am now using Zoho Mail as our company email to send and receive official email and we are using Mailgun on our web app to send transactional emails, i.e., when user signs up etc On the MX records, Zoho mail was configured on Digital Ocean as such: MX jobsrefer.comCopy mail handled by mx3.zoho.com.Copy 50 30 Copy More MX jobsrefer.comCopy mail handled by mx2.zoho.com.Copy 20 30 Copy More MX jobsrefer.comCopy mail handled by mx.zoho.com.Copy

Can send emails, but cannot receive....
I can send mail out from my domain, but anytime I try to send something to my email it bounces back. Godaddy has my current MX settings correct with your information, and yet I cannot receive email. If I knew this wouldn't work I would have just paid for something that worked.

Upgraded from an iphone5 to an iphone XR. Mail stills works on PC but not on XR.
Upgraded at the ATT store. Didn't think about checking my ZOHO mail then. Now, when I go into settings and try to enter a ZOHO password, all I every get is the following message: "The IMAP server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the "incoming Mail Server" field. When I key in "password" then hit return I get 'Verifying',and after a while, the message above. I have no idea as to what to do.

Hi, I'd like to add another user/license, so that I have a new, separate mailbox to my main one. I will pay for it, but I don't know how/where. Using Aliases as Alternate Email Addresses (as in Forwarding)
We just launched Zoho mail at our company today, but I think we are confused how "aliases" work in Zoho mail. Do email addresses which are created as aliases ALSO receive emails sent to that alias? For example: I have a user whose email address is "andrew@c-ville.com" and several of his aliases we created include "events@c-ville.com" and "reviews@c-ville.com". Now, what happens when someone sends an email to "events@c-ville.com"? Doesn't it make sense to forward that to Andrew? It doesn't make sense
Block accounts
Due to a number of suspicious logins (which resulted from using a rental WiFi router on our trip in Europe), most of my family members' email accounts have been blocked, and I can't unblock them. I sent a request to support@zohomail.com twice yesterday, with no reply. Could someone look into this problem? Thank you.

Zoho Email not importing last few months from Gmail?
I integrated my Zoho and Gmail email accounts via POP3, so that I could view gmail emails in Zoho. Everything worked fine, and I had Zoho import all of my old messages from Gmail. It did great, importing everything from 2016 until May. But that's where it stopped—it has not imported any messages that arrived since May. Unfortunately those recent emails are the most important ones. New messages that have come in are showing up, and I still have plenty of storage left. Why aren't my recent emails importing?
Slow IMAP Updates
I am experiencing intermittent delays while using IMAP to sync with GMail on android, to the effect of 10-30mins. I see this has been an issue on here before, wonder if this is a known issue.

Can't Change the SuperAdmin
When I set up the account and created the username, I didn't know that it was going to be the super admin account. I want the only super admin account to be me, and I don't want to leave this other account in here just taking up space. Is there anyway to transfer the permission or role of super admin to another user so that I can delete the one that I no longer want. I've tried to delete and i've tried to set it as a user instead of admin, but each time I do any of these, it says that it's not allowed.
Attachment Viewer is No Longer Working
The Attachment Viewer in Zoho Mail was working fine until about 4 or 5 days ago. I have several images in the Attachment Viewer that are there but cannot be delete and have not been refreshed in days. New new images are being added to the Attachment Viewer. Hi, I am currently in tryout period for the Zoho One suite. For the time being I am the sole user, but I intend to manage 3 domains under it, alzamon.com, naranjactiva.design and naranjactiva.com. Only alzamon.com is currently using Zoho Mail, but I'd want to add some more accounts/aliases under naranjactiva.design. However I can no longer find any "Add User" options on the Control Panel. Zoho tab in browser shows activity even when there is none
Hi, The Mail tab has the glowing blue light to indicate something has happened in the tab in my browser (e.g. when gmail gets a new email, it will glow in the same way). But when i switch to the Zoho Mail tab - there's nothing new. This happens at a guess about every 10 or 15 minutes. It's very annoying as i'm constantly being dragged back to that tab for no reason. Does anyone know how to stop it? Thanks.

Multi-company setup and help with Groups
Hi, I'm currently evaluating the suitability of Zoho for our business needs. Once I'm satisfied Zoho will suit our needs, I'll make use of all of the other Zoho modules (CRM, etc). Multi-Company setup I'm looking to use 1 account to to maintain Mail/Calendar/Tasks for 3 different companies plus my personal stuff. We have several groups of contacts that are common to the 3 companies as well as me personally. I have set up 4 organizational groups, 1 for each company and one for my personal stuff.

SO for example, Nutrition 30min, would link it to Zoho Book and plan an event of 45minutes so 30 minutes with client and 15 minutes to complete the note and get prepare for the next client. I want to use the zoho calendar with my gmail email address. By clients I use Mail App and Calendar App in Mac OS. The problem I have is that the appointments created from Calendar App in Zoho Calendar that have invitations receive the answers by the gmail account (that I consult with Mail App) but the appointments are not updated with Accept or rejections. Hi. I logged into my Zoho calender this morning. And i clicked update my calender to Bangkok time. This made my appointments move to very early morning & very late evening. But the main problem is apart from the lead title, all other information in the appointment, in all the appointments has now gone. how can i get all this data back, restored. Thank you

Can't connect Zoho account to Outlook
Hi, Outlook can't connect to my Zoho account, either with IMAP or POP. I've used the Zoho server settings as indicated on your website (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html), both IMAP and POP are enabled in the Zoho control panel, and TFA is disabled. Outlook doesn't give a specific error, it just endlessly asks me for my username and password and refuses to connect. Can you please help me with this?
