Issue with a domain
I'm the owner of 'friendzonelabs.com.br' domain, so I have a issue about my another account with email 'danielcad@icloud.com' that I can't access for delete the domain from this account. So what I can do to transfer that domain to my account 'inf3ct@gmail.com'? I can prove this is my domain, If want test with a TXT or host a file to verify I can do this.
Cannot update namerserver for transferring email hosting to Zoho
My domain hosting anythingemail only allows change of namerservers but I cannot add mx.zoho.com. as I get Invalid nameserver host: [mx.zoho.com.] error. Can you help?

Hello, When i try to add my domain name 'nacer.me' to my account it says 'Domain already exists.' i just deleted an old domain name as i don't own it anymore but i can't add the one i mentioned above. Note: the domain name i'm trying to add was linked to my account in the past and i still have DNS records on my hosting didn't change anything. This is the id mentioned in the CNAME record zb14864648. i hope this info will help you guys to fix my issue as soon as possible. I really appreciate your help.
Problem with zoho mail.
Zoho won't let me reply to an email or send an original email, although it lets me open and read incoming mail. This problem has been ongoing several days. Today is July 11, 2019 in Philadelphia PA, USA.
Opening Calendar Invites from outlook or other
When i receive an invite or want to add a meeting to my calendar via a link, it ask to open in Zoho mail but it will not import the event. Is there a way to allow this without a manual import process?

Executing PHP script on a remote server after receiving e-mail at my zoho account
Hi, I am a paid customer and I have an ubuntu server with another company. I use Zoho as e-mail server. Upon receiving an e-mail in Zoho account, I'd like Zoho to run some sort of a trigger, a webhook, anything you want to call it that would run my PHP script on a remote server. My server would then download, extract and process an attachment. I do not want to rely on a chron job for regular, 1-minute check-ups (I can have no delays). Thanks.

Attention Zoho Support. This support ticket is a follow up to my email sent on Friday July 5 regarding mail from our server not being accepted by Zoho. I believe this is affecting all accounts hosted on Zoho, which included your Support email address. As a result, I sent an email from my personal email address with details of the fault. domain: thewellnesshoney.com I have already done my SPF/TXT process and added the specific things to my domain and it still says it cannot be verified. I did it last night and waited till today and it's still not working. Also deleted and readded the value and it still isn't working. Any help?
Printing e-mails
Are there any future plans to improve the "print" selection in ZOHO mail. We need to print about 50 e-mails a day. We can't see how many pages it will be or reduce the size to print smaller. For all the ZOHO is doing you would think improving the print functionality easier. Brad

How to use the same mobile telephone number for different domains
We provide email facilities to a number of different domains hosted on our servers (4). We act as administrators to each of our domains - managing/setting up dns and email addresses etc Our intention is to replace our email server with Zoho for each of our users (Domains) currently we are trialling with two domains. Can the main account holder block your emails from specific email addresses? I think that this is happening to me, but the only answer I get when I ask is "I can't read your emails"

i was using this service for my other domain and it was working fine but i left. Today i sets up another domain of mine, mx records are added, spf records there, these records are correct but i am still unable to receive emails. Emails showing as Dangerous
Hi Any email I send from Zoho to my clients is showing as Dangerous. Initially I thought it is with emails where I am sending attachments. But even the ones without attachment are showing as dangerous. I am attaching one such image for proof. Pls help.

Warning message/addresses with "fatal" errors
I do not know if this is related to the recent issues with the zoho mail server because we've been experiencing this all week and occasionally throughout the past six months. Searching through the forums I see that this has been a reoccurring issue with desk for years. We're getting messages from mailer-daemon@mail.zoho.com with an assortment of errors related to email addresses. They all suggest that the outgoing email does not need to be re-sent. Ex: THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED

Advice on how to change email header
Hi I have just set up zoho mail, changed the user name and ID to a real person name, but when I send emails it only displays the first word "hello" any advice on where or how I change this? I want the user ID to appear "south african kitchen" and I have changed the ID and mail account in both settings and control panel, but it won't change the display on the mail sent. Thanks Keira
