Bom dia. Ontem tentei cadastrar o dominio otricomunica.com.br porem o SMS de confirmação demorou a chegar. Tentei cadastrar novamente. Ao informar o email fabio@otricomunica.com.br disse que o telefone já existia. Hoje finalmente consegui cadastrar o dominio. Porem o sistema diz que o email fabio@otricomunica.com.br já existe e não pertence a minha organização. Como faço para excluir o email fabio@otricomunica.com.br e depois adicionar este mesmo email em minha organização? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Setting to never ask me to send read receipt
I am using Zoho web interface, that keeps popping up a question of sending read receipt for the mail I open. I would like to never send read receipts and never see that pop-up again. Is there an option or workaround for that?

Cannot receive emailed sent from third party
We are using an ecommerce website and they send the email on our behalf to customer. The customer can receive email notification (as per picture below), but we cannot on our end. I have checked the mail log and tried to save the domain in the white-list but the email still fails to be received (as per attached log). Restore Deleted Emails
I use Outlook to read and use my emails. My address is a Zoho one. Recently I was notified Zoho storage was reaching limit. I deleted emails from Zoho site, not realising this would affect my Outlook where they also have disappeared from. Stupid I did not understand. Any way of getting them back?? Thanks
Pasted Image not being displayed in recipient
Hello! A coworker here is having a strange problem. When she past any image in the email to send, she get no confirmation mensage, and she see's the image in the body of the email. When she send the email, we can't see the image in the body of the email. If she goes to sends folder an see the email that she sended, the image is there. When i do the same thing on my email, i get a confirmation message when i paste. And when i send everybody receives the image normally. She is having this problem

Problem where Zoho was keeping documents from emails I deleted over three years ago. Why does Zoho keep all of our documents for 30 days after we delete the email? Is this a bug or you folks reading everyones materials?

Hi, For about a day now, I've been trying to send emails using Zoho but always get the following error message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked" whenever I try to send an email, regardless of the send address (besides zoho support contact). I tried emailing customer support twice but hasn't received any reply yet nor any acknowledgement that they received an email from me. Could anyone look into the reason why my emails are blocked? How do I add a second mail account in zoho mail?

Hola: Tengo una cuenta gratuita, mi problema es que no me llegan los correos enviados a través de un formulario de contacto en mi sitio web. Hice pruebas con otros correos de otros dominios sobre el mismo dominio y si llegan, el problema es solo con los que tengo alojados en Zoho. I want to change my current mailbox email address, but when a try to add new Mailbox alias I get this message: Alias Email Id already exists I want to add a new alias with support@.... and add it to the primary mailbox address so I can receive and send emails from new email. (I've created a few weeks ago an account with support@... email and then deleted it, I think it's because of that)
