sending emails with myBB
I'm trying to use a zoho mailbox to send emails via smtp from my myBB website tankfootball.com. I've entered all the neccessary settings, but when sending mail from it it, nothing happens and I get no error messages in system mail logs. however, if I enter the wrong mailbox password into my mail settings I get the "Authentication Failed" error as expected. settings I'm using: http://imgur.com/a/ZU1yG
Zoho not scanning attachment for virus of out going email
I am trying to send out emails and the email client keeps telling me it can't scan for viruses. Never had this problem before. Tried with multiple emails and different attachments.
Zoho One and IMAP?
I'm having some confusion as to what Zoho One is equivalent to for the apps that have different levels. I have Zoho One. When I try to enable IMAP in the mail app it tells me it's an extra cost option. However according to this document on the Zoho website it should be included. Which is it? Am I doing something wrong? Hello, can some one help me to setup corectly the SPF record on a Plesk Panel ? I have added in DNS records like text but when i press Verify on the zoho admin tell me are not ok. ON mxtoolbox i see the record ok. Can be a problem if i have 2 v=spf1 records? Thanks.

I added the SPF records, according to your video in Wordpress, after 5 days it still wan't verified. I deleted the old record and re-added it and now its been 8+ hours and its still not verified.

Hi folks, We're having some issues with our email accounts, mainly being unable to login to the server (incoming or outgoing) and unable to send/receive emails. We've not changed any passwords, no config settings have changed. However one person did login to your webmail interface, would this alter anything? Hi, I recently moved my mail accounts from my private mail server to Zoho and I am all in all pleased with this solution. I do, however, notice a significant increase in the amount of spam coming in (some of it to the spam folder). Then it occurred to me that this was due to the missing greylisting at zohomail. Setting a filter on a bcc
Hi I am testing a new process. When I send an email which requires a response I am setting a bcc to a todo email address on my domain. The client can not see this but I want to set a filter so that when I receive the email into my email account it is moved to a folder called ACTION NEEDED. Seems to work when it is a cc but not when a bcc. Firstly should it be working and secondly if it will not work is there a work around? add the ability to know if someone read an email (without read receipts)
just like in ZOHO CRM, when you send an email from the CRM you can tell if someone opened the email or not. Add that functionality to ZOHO Mail. We currently use Newton mail app, which not only shows you if someone opened your email, but they also send us a push notification (mac and iOS) letting us know that the client read the email, and tells us if it was from a mobile device or laptop, and from what city it was read. This would be huge for us.

Is it possible to from same domain to have one email point to Zoho and another email point to Office 365 Email Essentials?
I partner with a colleague on a few projects. She had me set up with an email to use with a particular client. She has to pay for my additional email and there is not enough business to justify the cost. I thought maybe I could set my email up through Zoho while hers in accessible through Office 365 Email Essentials. Is this possible? In the instructions it says to delete all other MX records other than the zoho records but I believe that would then effect her email capabilities.

Zoho APP not syncing on iPhone anymore
Hi there, I've noticed for a few days now that the Zoho App on my iPhone SE is not properly syncing anymore. Strangely enough it indicates new email but when I open it it keeps syncing for ages and nothing else happens (no error, nothing). I've checked the settings and all looks good. It works on my PC and iPad so no idea why it is not fetching new emails on my iPhone (it used to work fine but the prob started to appear a few weeks ago). Any idea what's wrong? Best regards Antonio

Remote IP Address Locked
I recently added two new email users to my Zoho account. They were assigned default user email passwords. Upon trying to log in and change their passwords, an error message was shown saying "Remote IP address locked.". Zoho Mail doesn't handle mailto links on web pages on the Mac client. Don't know if it does on Windows or not. Clicking on an email link in a web page should open a new blank email in Zoho mail. It doesn't.
