How to verify SPF records & D
Because of different hosting server record are not showing in my Godaddy account. How Could i verify SPF & DKIM records.

Hi guys, I registered a domain in Zoho without finishing the verification, now I can no longer access the domain registration page and when I try to start the process again it says that the domain is already registered. How do I access this registration page and delete the registered domain or complete the verification process?
Unable to stay logged in.
Starting yesterday at 4:30 PM EST, Zoho continuously has been forcibly logging out the account, and requiring us to log back in. This is now continuing into the morning. Please address this issue immediatly.

Bug in deletion of attachment from email template
When an attachment is deleted from an email template, this deletion is not saved. Reproduction: 1. Save an email template (I used plain text) with two attachments. 2. delete one of the attachments and save the template. 3. As a (wrong) result, the next time, when you enter the template, both attachments are still part of the email template.

Email still blocked after upgrade

How do I customize notification??
I hate getting notifications so often that they are meaningless. I am about turn off all notifications unless I can customize them. Is there any way to only get notifications for particular folders? I know I never get notified for the spam folder. Can I do this to other folders??

DKIM verify problems
I did all correct, but still i got this message " We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again." - I see many people have same problem... zoho._domainkey.wooden-heaven.com I copy txt value, paste in into TXT section, save, all okay. But same message. I can't use my emails, without solving this problem? Thanks

IMAP Migration
I have setup a user for IMAP migration and it successfully started but is still showing as in progress hours later - there is also no indication that the mailbox size is increasing. Is there any indication on how long an IMAP migration might take for a single user with circa 300Mb of emails?
Journal or Forward OUTGOING Mail??
I need to 'journal' my OUTGOING emails to an outside company for archiving purposes. I called customer service and they said it cannot be done. I'm asking here in hopes there is a workaround or maybe I didn't explain the issue clearly. I have set up archving for emails coming into me.
Can't login to Zoho Mail
Hello, Since Friday I am not able to access the Zoho Mail from the Web client. While I am accessing the https://mail.zoho.com/zm/ I see the "Loading... myemail@company.com" message and a "progress-bar" like widget from the Zoho icons rotates forever. Tried on different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) from different OSes without success. Mobile app works OK with the same credentials. Email Signature
I am trying to upload an image as an email signature....I am following all the steps but when I compose an email it is not there. Can someone please help with this? The image is a jpeg and is only 142kb. I have tried adding signature when composing the email but nothing appears. When I go back into the signature settings the image is there!

The way our emails are structured has just been changed from mailboxes to distribution groups. Previously, email accounts in Zoho were the mailboxes and then anyone who had access to the mailbox could work the email. This didn't not require them to have a personal email address. Cannot download some messages to Outlook
I have Outlook configured as a POP3 client. While away from home, I sent some emails from my phone email program, which is configured as an IMAP client. To make sure that they did not get lost, I moved them to the folder 'Save' and marked them all as unread. Newsletter mail notifications
I recently setup my email account with my own domain name and i am very pleased with all the available applications and possibilities. I am now on a free plan and using the zoho android app for mails on my phone. I have intelligent filters enabled and for now only Notifications and Newsletters. For every mail that arrives in those inboxes i recieve a push notification. I only want to recieve notifications from my primary inbox. Searched in the android notification settings and the app settings
Zoho Mail folder syncing issues
Hi, one of my users is getting hanging when using Outlook 365 (2016). They are using EAS to connect. Is this supported? Also, it appears that when using this on multiple devices, not all folders are syncing correctly, including missing folders (not showing on certain devices) and unread mail counts also not syncing.
