confusing DMARC feedback report (from Google)
Hi, I've recently configured DMARC for my custom domain Zoho mail account, with DKIM and SPF verifying successfully in the Zoho mail control panel. The _dmarc TXT DNS record is configured with: 'v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:<admin email address>'. Following is an excerpt from an (also attached) DMARC feedback report I've received from Google, which I find confusing. Under <policy_evaluated> it shows the value 'fail' for SPF, whereas it shows 'pass' under the <auth_results>. Who can help me

How to initialize and delete domain hosting settings completely
May I know if you provide U/I to delete domain hosting setting and initialize from certain super admin ID to users or not? I know that Zoho Mail setting U/I provides domain hosting deletion U/I and bottons. However I saw the case even if that delete operation succeeded, cannot add new POP3 settings with same email address, targeting other POP3 server(not Zoho) which previously set under domain hosting which has deleted already. Zoho Emails going to recipients SPAM Folder
Is anyone else having this issue? I have called the support team daily for the last week and keep getting the run around... we are working with Outlook to fix the issue. It is on Outlooks end. I keep being told it will be fixed within 12 hours - it has been over a WEEK!!!
IMAP sync is really slow
Hello, I'm using Zoho now for some days after migrating to it from my ISP mail. Unfortunately, I experience a massively slow sync with IMAP since the change. I use on my laptop Thunderbird and on my smartphone (Android) AquaMail. AquaMail shows me at every sync how long it took. With my old mailbox from my ISP I had a sync under 0,2s, but now with Zoho, it sometimes even took 13 seconds to synchronize, same with Thunderbird. It feels slow and sluggish, sending takes like 20 seconds.

But now i am looking for my admin password. As i have signed up using the google account therefore Zoho didn't ask for setting the admin password. Share Zoho Mail Calendar using Private Address for ICAL Not Working
I shared my Zoho Mail Calendar using the Private Address for ICAL. The problem is that I only see one event on the calendar I am sharing to, even though I have multiple events on my Zoho Mail Calendar. I even tried removing the calendar and adding it again, but no fix. I even also tried Resetting the URL in the Zoho Mail Calendar settings and adding it using the new ICAL URL, but no fix. Can you help?

Unable to access Zoho via outlook (windows)
As of today, for no reason, my zoho email via outlook is inaccessable, and simply continually pops up with enter your user name and password for the following server box. I have removed the email account, and set it up again, still I am unable to access with the same error. I am able to log on through Chrome and zoho direct, though this is cumbersome and I want to be able to utilise outlook. My phone Zoho app is working, so not sure what Zoho has done now, but not surprised! Soon to lose my business!
