Limited by phone number for multiple domains?
I want to setup a paid account with support for multiple domains. Users may have email addresses in more than one of those domains. I've run into problems where one phone number can only be used with one user, for example I use a business email for some work I do and cannot create my own account without deleting myself on that account. My question is whether users will be able to be assigned to more than one domain if I delete myself from my friends account and set up my own paid multi-domain account.
URGENT Incoming Emails Do not appears in Outlook only on webmail access
Dear Support Team: Incoming email to my Zoho Account CAN NOT be found in Outlook Inbox. However i can found them in Inbox if I use the webmail access. I do not expect to use web mail to read or write emails. I want to keep using Outlook. I noticed on the community group these issue is also bothering some other users some days ago, so I expect you can reply with a solution as fast as possible this weekend at most. Hello, we became aware today that emails to Yahoo are being rejected. The error response reads the following: xxxxxxx@yahoo.com, ERROR_CODE :553, ERROR_CODE :5.7.2 [TSS09] All messages from 136.143.188.53 will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed. Emails sent via turbosmtp bounce on zoho emails
Hello, We have domain emails setup with Zoho, however, we switched SMTP mailer provider (for internal reasons) to TurboSMTP. Whenever we attempt to send an email via the Wordpress plugin WP Mail SMTP (as a CC or main recipient) the email bounces. If we were to send an email to avalidemail@example.com and a CC to one of our domain emails, the CC will bounce for our emails but deliver to the client. We've tried to whitelist turbosmtp's IP or the email from which we send the email, but it keeps failing.
CRM Integration not working in Zoho Mail
Hi, I found a couple of community support articles from 2015 on this topic, but the interface has moved on enough that those answers no longer make sense. In Zoho mail, when we attempt to open the CRM integration, it blanks the screen (with a layer) like something is loading, butit never progresses - here is a screen shot: It just hangs after this until we refresh the browser. Any ideas on how to get CRM to actually load? Is there a permission on the CRM side that isn't working?

Incoming filter condition does not contain bcc

Hello, we are using outlook 2010 and some email are not being forwarded from zoho, they are marked as spam. As a hotel we have a lot of individuals customers mails that are getting marked as spam, and this is a major issue for us. We understand that zoho has an automatic filter, is it possible to disable it so we can decide what is or isnt a spam email ? Regards

Email is not being delivered.
I was always able to send my emails normally but in the last two weeks I noticed that my emails are not being received by one company. Before this two weeks everything was ok we were sending messages and emails without a problem, but then they stopped receiving my email. I tried adding other email addresses to see if other users can get the mail and indeed they do but the most important company is not receiving it. We already asked to see the Spam and Not wanted email, but it was not there either.

Hello I just created a shopify store and I bought a domain name. In order to send email for my customers with my domain name I need to use zoho for this. After following the instructions I still can't fix the problem with the mx records in my dns set up in shopify. at one point I tried so many things I thought I would cancel my current zoho account and create a new one but apparently if you cancel your account you can't create a new one with same mail adress. here are screenshots of my problems.

I had my email previously with Gsuite but I have canceled that and am now using Zoho. I signed up using the prefix for my domain email as "dustin" and that works fine. But when I go to add an email alias your system gives me this error: "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." Zoho Mail IMAP slow in Outlook

Real email going to spam, filters not working
Hi, I have a problem which is pretty serious: genuine emails from potential clients are landing in the spam folder. I set up filters to filter any emails with words like "offer", "translation", etc. (things that tend to be in the subject line), but for some unknown reason, the filters are not working. This is quite a serious problem as I have to keep manually checking the spam folder even on my mobile when I am out, just to make sure I've not missed anything... Thanks for all assistance possible.
