Zoho Mail not loading
I've been running into an issue in which Zoho Mail will not load. All other Zoho services load fine. With Mail all I get is the "Loading ... email address" message.
Some HTML formatting fails in the Zoho Mail web interface
When receiving HTML emails some HTML formatting is lost when viewing the emails on the Zoho website with a browser. The same emails are displayed correctly when forwarded via IMAP (and I assume POP3) to an email client. This tells me that the formatting must be correct as received and stored in the Zoho mail database but the Zoho mail web server is not processing the formatting. An example: the HTML contains a style specification " ul li {margin-bottom: 1em;}" to insert an extra line after each

[solved] Spam quarantine layout is faulty
Unless I'm doing something dumb, I think a fault may have been introduced into the layout of the quarantined spam emails list. As far as I can tell, the Type and Date columns seem to have been reversed, though not their contents, and also (or perhaps as a result) the alignment of the data in the other columns is all skewed, as shown in the attached screenshot (I've obscured my email addresses). I don't recall seeing this until just the last few days. I've logged out and cleared my browser cache but

IMAP on Outlook
Hi I connect to my zoho account via imap on Outlook. Since yesterday afternoon I have not received any new emails. The emails come through on the Zoho web app and I the Zoho app on my phone. At the moment, when I click send and receive, it says: "Folder:Inbox Check for new mail." and it just never completes. I went into account settings and Outlook checked the connection and it did seem to be able to access the Imap server. Thanks so much in advance!
disable Spam filters
Hi, I'm administering a domain where the email is hosted by Zoho. Some users don't access via Zoho but use local clients like Outlook and access using POP or IMAP. This means that email filtered as spam doesn't get to their clients. Is there anyway to turn off all spam functions in Zoho and let the local clients decide? Thanks

Our payroll is done by a program, and it emails out our paystubs. This email goes to everyone's spam. We are using Outlook 2016 on Windows 10. We have chosen Not Junk, and added the email to the safe senders list multiple times. Is there something I can do on a domain level to allow this email to be received in the Inbox?

We are having issue receiving emails. One in particular is our domain registrar, they are unable to send email to our account & are saying the mails are unresolved. Cant get Pop3 emails in outlook
Hi, since yesterday I cant get zoho email to work in pop3 / outlook. I have deleted all emails in my zoho account, redone the email setup but all I am getting is the 'enter network password' box flashing up every few seconds? I can access emails from my ipad so it is just a problem with Outlook, any suggestions?

Zoho mail server problem - Can not send email with attachment using Windows Live
HI, We have our mail server on zoho mail , Since last two days, from none of the email ids we are able to send email with attachment greater than few kb. We are using Windows Live on Windows 10. Hello, Our system is Magento version 2. When we reply an order confirmation email to contact the buyer, the default recipient in zoho mail is wrongly our own email address, which is supposed to be the buyer's email address. Every time, we have to manually change the recipient. It is really inconvenient. But when you reply an email from Contact Us form, the default recipient is correctly the visitor's email address.
