Unable to recieve mail from a specific ip
I am sending a mail through php to mail created by zoho mail from my website, unfortunately the mail is not recieved. The mail delivery track of my hosting provider states that the maii is sent to sales@mizzlecodes.com but it is delivered to mizzlecodes@mizzlecodes.com but such mail id does not exist and i have not used any redirection.

Hi, My website is made on WordPress and I use the CF7 plugin to create the contact form on the contact page. Whenever someone sends an inquiry the form submits successfully but I do not receive any emails on my ids (principal@footprintmontessori.in and info@footprintmontessori.in(> Any other id's that are in the to field receive the emails. I tried using the SMTP plugins (Easy WP SMTP and WP Mail SMTP) but both throw Authentication errors. Is there any setting that i am missing? Hosting : Godaddy

Not receiving emails, but can send them
Our team is able to send emails, but we are unable to receive them. Furthermore, our attempts to send emails to the Zoho email address only results in error messages. Upon review, all MX records are pointing to Zoho. This has been an ongoing problem and any urgent assistance to resolve it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, G.

Hello Zoho team, First of all, thank you for the excellent service, makes my life a lot easier. Second, here's an idea - could we get a simple and fast document viewer for MS office files? There is one for pdfs and images, why do we need to open docs and xlsxs in zoho docs built-in app? It takes ages to load - it is actually faster to download the files and open them in proprietary apps. Not very convenient. Thank you! Best, Jan

MX records and adding users
First problem - I added my mx records over a week ago and they still wont verify. They are correct. I have verified other domains, so I KNOW they are correct. What is the problem? Second problem - I am trying to add a new user email, but it is sending a verification. It didnt arrive on the phone, and I am creating the email, so it shouldn't be going to the email. I am a bit confused as to how I confirm the new email (and annoyed I have to do it if I have already verified the domain). Is it going

Zoho Anti-Spam vs Apache SpamAssassin
Some of the domains I manage use apache spamassassin and it catches pretty much all of the plethora of spam mail that comes our way and has some easy to set level adjustments. How does zoho mail's anti-spam compare? I couldn't find much about zoho's dnsbl or any way to add apache spamassassin to zoho mail's spam control. Thanks
Zoho Mail Lite & POP Mail Forwarding
When I've had zoho free accounts it always let me forward my email to my google mail and other co-workers could receive them in their personal email too. Now it seems to be a pro feature. If i were to sign up for Mail Lite am I limited to forwarding only to one other account or can I have the mail forwarded to my other co-workers too?
