How to access templates quicker during creating email?
Hello Everyone! I am getting used to using Zoho mail. I can not find the way to access to saved templated quicker during making a new email. I need to click on the Last tab with (... vertical), drop-down, and then select Template. This takes too many steps. Does any-one know how to make a shortcut of Template on the Menu next to the Send button or somewhere else? Thank in advanced.

Above 4 MB attachment Mails getting sent multiple times, Outlook sent items does not show sent mail where as Zoho sent items show multiple entries
Hi, when I am trying to send any mail with an attachment (file size above 4MB), it gets sent to recipient multiple times. the mail is also shown in Zoho sent items for the multiple times but at the same time it is not shown in outlook sent items and shows in outbox. this is happening since 10 days and it is really annoying when it gets hit at Client's mail box multiple times. i actually have to delete the mail from outbox after i see the ZOHO sent items (whr it shows the mail sent multiple times).

Unable to get emails MX and SPF errors
HI My emails aren't coming through when i login to the admin area it tells me the MX and SPF needs action when I go to my domain all the MX and SPF are correct. I can't understand why as the information is correct as hasn't changed changed in the last 4 days. Any idea? Thanks Dave

I need my incoming mail enabled immediately!!! It started fetching thousands of emails from my old account and my incoming was disabled numerous times. It now says I've reached the daily limit. Olá, estou enfrentando alguns problemas com uma conta de correio. Acontece que sempre que envio e-mails pelo Outlook 2013, eles duplicam, vejo tanto na caixa de enviados do Outlook como do Webmail. O mais estranho que em alguns casos, eu envio o e-mail e o destinatário as vezes recebe mais de uma cópia do mesmo e-mail, já houve casos de o destinatário receber 8 e-mails. Reparei que em outras contas que eu criei no painel de administração não ocorre este problema. Uso toda a configuração como IMAP.

Zoho email IOS client stopped receiving emails - "page not found"
Hi My Iphone has just stopped receiving emails in the Zoho mail app - it gives me an error "page not found". I have made no changes to any settings and still receive push notifications when new emails arrive but can't load them into the app. I've tried restarting the phone but this has made no difference. I can still access emails via my laptop using IMAP and also the via the Zoho website The last email I did receive was at 10:48 this morning GMT any ideas what is wrong? thanks Jon
