Hi All, I am unable to receive any email to my inbox so far from any email addresses (I've tried hotmail and gmail). I've pointed my MX, SPF, and DKIM records towards my domain in my DNS provider. However, all of them still show the warning sign (i.e. saying incorrect MX records, etc.). I suspect this problem arise due to my domain being registered with its www (e.g. www.example.com) instead of its bare domain name (e.g. example.com), which is the one recognised by Zoho. Cut and Paste Not Working on Iphone 7
When I go to copy and paste into an email the function does not work on my iphone 7. Seems like I can copy from say a website but when I go to paste into zoho mail the paste options (select, select all, paste) flickers very quickly and then disappears and does not allow me to paste. Also if I try to copy text from within an existing Zoho email then the select/copy/paste option does not even come up at all. If I instead go to paste onto the search engine or some other app, the paste option works well.

Having trouble downloading Zoho email to windows 10 mobile
I have a zoho email account with a domain. I have set it up as POP3 in Windows 10 on my laptop. I have set it up with the same settings on my windows 10 mobile phone. The phone was initially giving me error messages saying I could not login, but I retyped my password and did a soft reset, and that seems to be fixed now. But it is still not downloading email from the account to the email client on the phone. If you have some troubleshooting documents or something, I am happy to work through those.

Zoho Mail App - Query about Contacts
We have a large number of 'organisation' contacts, all of which are carefully categorised. This works perfectly when using webmail however when using the Zoho mail app, contacts are merely shown in one huge list. There is no categorisation shown and 'organisation' contacts are mixed in with personal contacts of that user. Is this right as it's not very intuitive and is very clunky for the user? Have we missed some fundamental set up process to ensure contacts are reflected the same way as via webmail?
