Deleted vs Trash
Can someone explain the difference between Deleted and Trash? I have both folders listed and I have to clear each separetly.
ZOHO Mail not receiving or sending email
I have not been able to send or receive email through ZOHO mail for a few days. When sending, I get "Unable to send message;Reason:java.io.IOException: Host not reachable". Anyone who tries to send me an email gets a bounce-back. I had reached my 5GB limit but have since upgraded my account. Please advise.

Cannot add e-mail account from my organization
Hello, I'm experiencing a problem, and can't find a way to solve it. I created an account sara@whee-educacion.com, a few months ago, but I cannot recover the password. Then I created the account contacto@whee-educacion.com and configured all the settings of my company. The problem is I cannot manage the account sara@whee... It's possible to attach it to my current Zoho Mail control panel or delete this account?

Integration with Hubspot
Hi, I'm having issues connecting my email accounts with Hubspot. I've followed all guides and tried everything. The only account I can successfully connect with Hubspot is the main admin@ account all others return a problem with smtp. Why can I only connect my main account? I need other emails of the business connected also.
E-mails no longer synced to IMAP Sent folder
Hello, It seems your development team made a change sometime between December and January, and e-mails sent from the CRM are no longer synced to the "Sent" folder. This is with the Zoho Mail integration. I contacted support, and the suggestion was to check "Save a copy in the Sent" folder. However, this results in a duplicate copy in the Sent folder. Hi if a person whois our domain and check our dns values and find mx or txt values that have zoho-verification=zbxxxxxx.zmverify.zoho.com . is it possible he can spoof or hijack and replace it and keep in hands our data or everything do? Regards

Desktop Email fails to open
On several computers in our office, the Zoho Email application does not launch properly and needs to be terminated via the Task Manager. After terminating all instances in task manager the application opens without issues. Usually when a user is affected, there are many instances of the Desktop Email application that need to be closed via Task Manager. Also occurs with the Desktop Cliq app. Users are on Windows 7 and Windows 10.

Changing the "from" email and default email
Hi, when I signed up for Zoho yesterday (not the free version) I chose what I believe to be the "master" email. It was something that I instantly regret. I wernt to my dashboard to change this master email. I deleted it from primary and created a new primary email. But I still see the old one everywhere I look. And it sends from that address.

2 way Calendar Sync between Zoho Mail and CRM
