Unable to send Zoho e-mail via Outlook
Everything was working fine for months since I set up 2-factor authentication, until all of a sudden the credentials box popped up this morning and I have not been able to send e-mails via Outlook - they sit in the Outbox. I tried logging out of Zoho and logging out of Microsoft, and when I logged back in was not asked for 2FA. This is a business e-mail account and I need it to be working again asap.

Is it possible to manage multiple external email accounts in Zoho Mail?
I have started with Zoho Mail recently (new domain and email) but also have two external email addresses that I would like to manage using Zoho Mail. One is Gmail and one is Yahoo. I have tried over and over to get Zoho to link with Gmail through the "Add POP3 Account" feature in Settings. I have used all of Gmail's required settings and it will not authenticate. I'm attempting to add a new user and email, however it provides me with the 'User already exist in your org' error even though the user does not exist in the control panel, nor is it used as an alias on any of the mail id's. This issue began after I was cleaning house / removing unnecessary accounts and removed an email I decided to keep after all. When deleting it a prompt displayed saying 'there was an issue deleting the account' or something to that effect, but it is in fact gone from the control

Hi, I recently removed my organization in Zoho control panel. As a result, my personal email's mail account, IMAP and forwarding settings stopped working with "Oops! We were unable to retrieve your accounts details. Try again later." Is there anything for me to do? Also, is IMAP still available for my old account on the Free Plan? Thank you.

I've configured my MX records and I'm still having trouble receiving emails. Right after configuration one email will go through, 2 minutes later I get a mail delivery message saying message not delivered due to misconfiguration. What can I do to rectify this?

Hi. We're hosted on GreenGeeks and find that in the Zone Manager, while we are able to add the SPF record as prescribed as a TXT record, but the zone corresponding to that does not accept "@" or leave blank. It seems to accept only "crux-labs.com." as a sane value. How do we verify SPF then? /Rohit
Suddenly cannot connect to IMAP or POP3 using Thunderbird
As of this morning, I cannot use Thunderbird to connect through IMAP or POP3: attempting to do so produces an error message saying that “the connection was refused.” I have tried troubleshooting already: • IMAP access is enabled for my account in the Zoho mail web client (and POP3 for my other account). • Login credentials are correct: I can indeed access my e-mail account through the web interface. • All port and server settings are correct—and are unchanged from what was working before this morning.

My mail is blocked due to security reasons. This is most probably because I transferred it to another server and had some issues with the ssl certificate. These issues are gone now and I would like to have the email enabled again please. The /unblockme page doesn't work this time. thanks

Hello, I've configured my MX addresses (MXlookup shows zoho's addresses), but I still don't receive any emails (I can send them just fine). While i'm trying to send an email to my zoho account from my gmail account I got 553 Relaying disallowed error. I've read I need to click envelope icon in admin => domains, but it says it will DISABLE my config, instead of enabling it. I'm using cloudflare.

I'm confused by email archiving in Zoho
Hello! Trying to make the switch from Google Suite and Outlook and am trying to wrap my head around how archiving works with Zoho. As far as I can tell it's nothing like it is with Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud (or most other email services I know of). In those you simply hit Archive and it puts it in an archive folder that is not unlike any other folder. You can click and view the emails quickly and simply.
