Replying to an email sent to an alias from that alias
When logged in as User1@mydomain.com and an email comes into the alias sales@mydomain.com which is configured for user1 it appears in user1's inbox. If they click reply it will by default get sent from User1@mydomain.com instead of Sales@mydomain.com. How can we change it so that if the email came into the sales@mydomain.com alias any replies automatically go out from sales@mydomain.com? I know you can change it manually before sending the email by clicking on the send from address. I want to know

Hello, I signed out of my Zoho mail app. When I tried to log back in I received a message saying, "mail/contacts/calendar services are not enabled for your account. please contact your admin to enable these services through the control panel". No settings were changed in the control panel since the app was installed. What do I do to get back into the mail app? Thanks!

Virus sending emails on my behalf
Hey, It appears that maybe someone has hacked my account or a virus was sending hundreds of emails on my behalf and I keep receiving hundreds of "Message Delivery Failure" notifications. I have scanned my phone / computer and changed passwords, but there are hundreds of emails every day. Is there anything else I can do instead of going through all of these emails and deleting them? Hello, I am trying to send an email out and it is giving me 554 5.1.8 reason. I removed the hyperlink on the body of my email and any colors and pasted items and sent it to myself and the email was sent successfully. It should not have to be this way. Re-curring missing sent items from my PC Mozilla Thunderbird
Usually when all sent items are missing from my PC Windows 10 Mozilla Thunderbird, what I did is I deleted the IMAP account. And then after re-add my IMAP account, usually all my inbox, drafts, sent items, etc will come back. And after a short while, sent items will be empty again. Could anyone help me, what is wrong ? This only happened specifically in my PC mozilla thunderbird email client, it does not happen in my ipad or android email client.

I purchased my domain off crazydomains.com.au. My email address was working however ever since migrating over it stopped working. I have the same problem. Password tried to reset. That's just the story began after the mailbox volume was exceeded, but after clearing the mailbox, it still does not start up. Outlook tried to configure via POP and IMAP. When configured via POP, the password did not fit both the SMTP server and the POP server settings. When setting up access via IMAP, the password did not fit only the SMTP server. TFA is not included in any organization of the user. Tell me what to do?

Cannot receive emails
Hello, I noticed that I can't receive emails in my Zoho mail (I tried it myself and emails get rejected by server). When connected on my Zoho account I see 3 errors (MX, SPF and DKIM) but all my settings including my MX seems correct though except DKIM which does not appear anywhere (I'm using Shopify). I added attached files so you an see them. On MXToolbox I get "2" errors but it only show one which is DMARC "DNS record not found". I really need help for this as I'm pretty new into pro emailing

A mail account on Zoho has been compromised and used to send an attachment containing malware. The zoho login and session logs on the compromised accounts show no details. Can you see how the account has been compromised and if the spammer still has access via another route?
