Setting Up Comcast
good day, i am trying to add my comcast,net email accounts under pop3, and i'm truly at a lost. this is what i have entered so far: general xx*******xx@comcast.net, xx*******xx, xx*******xx@comcast.net incoming 995, plain(i'm assuming means none), mail.comcast.net, my password the next button won't hi-lite to go to outgoing. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
Unable to contact server
Good day I have been using Zoho with no issues so far. But for the past day when I try to use my Zoho app on my phone it tells me UNABLE TO CONTACT SERVER when I use my phone data. This issue disappears when I connect my phone to my Wifi, but I need it to work properly with my phone data. Any solutions? Thank you

Sending Email from Mobile devices with Wi-Fi OFF, SMTP auth failure.
Can not send without wifi enabled, on devices using cellular connections, ie 4G. Devices on wifi work fine, tested on multiple domains and devices. Issue seems systemic with ZOHO. Check your change log! 550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail-ot1-f42.google.com [209.85.210.42]:40772 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication.

Gmail couldn't identify POP server

i am truly impressed with both the webmail portal and the desktop app, and just have a couple of questions. 1. is it possible to have items that go to notifications and newsletters go straight to the inbox? 2. i noticed what looks to be a way to add my gmail accounts so if i reply to a or forward a email i can choose one of them instead of just my zoho email address for the from field, am i right about this? thanks

I can't log in to my account.
This account is fine but I can't access my other Zoho account. Here's an account detail that having a problem. https://cl.ly/320cfee8feb7 I am the admin of the account and using zoho mail as primary email. So basically, there's no way to log in to my account. The reason is the OneAuth app, used for 2 FA authentication, keep crashing. Please help me unlock and disable the OneAuth feature. Thanks

I'm not able to send emails to an @address that I have always been able to (as one of my business contacts) and am given the above error code. There have been no problems in the past, and I'm simply to replying business emails sent from the exact @address that sent me the message originally. I checked the Blacklist as well to no avail as they aren't listed. Now i effectively can't communicate with this business or anyone with an @address from them. Any suggestions?

Hi , I'm trying to send an e-mail from Zoho with my G-mail address. Everything in the parameters is correct; my g-mail is added and the e-mails I send from G-mail are linked to the client in Zoho. But when I'm trying to send an e-mail from Zoho itself; I get the "Null" error. My pasword for G-mail has been changed; I think that's the problem but I don't see where to update it ! Hi all, Setting up Mail Filters is a doddle. However, my problem is somewhat difficult. My scenario is, when I get an email from, let's say, billing@smithsons.com. I would like to set up a filter that would forward this email to accounts@myemail.com as an attachment. Recent deterioration in spam control
I have sent multiple example headers of emails that are not being quarantined despite my blacklist rules. Support has not responded. The domain crazedeals.co.za is in the domain black list. The rule for the blacklist is quarantine. But the email still is delivered to the user. Sometimes in the inbox, sometimes in the spam folder. It should be in the domain quarantine. Very Slow Getting Emails
I seen this posted over a year ago, I'm posting to see if anything changed If I send an email to my employees in the field, there phones will beep saying they have an email but sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes to shw up. The same thing happens to me at the office if they send me an email. I love your program but we cant wait that long to get messages.
