I tried to register the domain of a client (@grupoorzelbialy) and at the time of creating an email administrator I could not do it. What this caused to my view, the domain registered without any email administrator. I lost some of my notebooks after re installing the app.
before reseting my android, i sync my zoho notebook app data three times to make sure. after reset, i reinstall the app, and after signing in a lot of notes were gone.. so many important notes were not there.. i was so disappointed because i love this app.. please tell me how can i retrieve my lost notes. the two notebooks which i lost were named as, "My Tasks" and "My Important Dates". thankyou

3rd party email clients not working after SPF and DKIM setup
I have configured my SPF and DKIM settings for my account on the DNS settings at GoDaddy, and verified the DKIM on dkimcore.org. I have used the shortened version of the public key, "zoho._domainkey" per the instructions. After verifying everything, all my email clients ( Outlook, MailBird, and Bluemail ) had error messages. Catchall Not Working Like It Used To
Hey Guys, So today I ran into an issue I've never seen before. I purchased a new domain, and set it up as an add-on to my account as per usual. Everything is set up correctly, and working fine, but when I try to add a catchall I'm not being given the option to choose an email address that's NOT my primary domain email. Typically I was able to set up a domain, then go to catchall, and set it for pete@thedomain.com, this time, I can only choose from pete@primarydomain.com. Attempting to add it manually

Hello, I have configured a Zoho email account for the domain sydblockchaincentre.com and I can send emails but am not receiving any emails in Zoho account. I have noticed that it takes quite a while before new mails finally enter into the inbox. In fact, I have often fallen back on other mail services that I still use to retrieve mails that have been sent to me. Is there a way to make my inbox refresh more often?

IMAP doesn't seem to be working with Microsoft Outlook
I have added the following settings as per the page. https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html However, after multiple tries, I keep getting this error message for both the SMTP and the IMAP, and I get this error. Your email server rejected your login My email address is gladwyn@whalesandshrimps.com, and yes the IMAP and POP services, including ActiveSync are all updated.

Hi, I am trying to setup an autoresponder for a dead drop email. Basically - you can email in your work to this email address and it replies to show it was received. Of course in that email is proof of receipt and time and date stamp. I setup an out of office reply but it seems that it is smartly configured to only send one out of office reply a day. So multiple work assignments can not be sent in one day? Any hints or other work around ideas appreciated. Thanks,

How do I Import email zips to multiple accounts through mail.admin
Long story short... Moving from zoho.com server to zoho.eu Have 4 different zip files for four different users. Want to use mailadmin to allocate the zips to each account without having to go into each user account and import. Must be a way of doing this as Zoho are pitching themselves to big companies.
Linked Account Won't "Unlink"
It looks like I somehow linked my Zoho email and yahoo email (don't exactly remember doing this), but I can't unlink the accounts. In the Zoho email settings it shows "no accounts linked", but my Zoho inbox is still flooded with email from my yahoo account. Additionally, when I sign in to Zoho and the page is loading, it's showing my yahoo email. How do I get these unlinked? The yahoo account gets nothing but pure spam and it's junking up my Zoho inbox.

The issue is that I longer have access to godfrey@entouragebusinesssolution.com the domain name is no longer functional.
