Trying to add my domain name Atlanta-snow.com and keep getting this error message! This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details Is there anything I can do to add this successfully? Cheers Matt
email search return nothing if serach string is in greek (non-ascii?)
If I enter a string in the search box that contains greek characters, there are no hits in the search, even though I know the string exists in several emails. If I enter a string composed of ascii (english) characters everything is fine. Has anybody eperienced something similar?
emails disappeared
My emails disappeared today. I am a new user with my email account only set up one or two days ago. Another company tried sending me a verification email with I have not received. Can you help me restore my emails and find out why I can't receive my email from a non-zoho email account?
Apple Mail get mails very slow
I am running Apple Mail on macOS 10.12, and I can see my mails arrive via webpage, but It never arrive in Apple Mail, I am configuring IMAP for Apple Mail. But every time I restart Apple Mail, the new mails arrive. Need to restart Apple Mail to get mails is such a annoying thing. Please help.

Can´t receive emails after changing my DOMAIN (DNS) provider
I can't receive emails, but I can send emails because I sent emails from my zoho mail to another account and it was correct, but the answer to zoho mail was not received. I change my domain and DNS to another registar and I made the changes in MX records in DNS to continue with my zoho mail. Email Sending and Delivery Failure on OpenCart 3.0
Hello, I have tried setting up my email on OpenCart 3.0 so that I will be able to receive emails from customers and customers can also get emails when they order an item. I have tried all the necessary details listed in setting up email account in the OpenCart version 2.0 and nothing seems to work. Below is a screenshot of the settings in my OpenCart admin panel. Turn off spell checker in the Zoho Mail App Linux
I'm using the Zoho Mail App on Linux. When I write e-mail in Swedish I get the read lines under "misspelled" words. I understand that this isn't the spell checker in Zoho Mail App. If this was in a browser I would disable the spell checker by right clicking and the un-select spell checker. I'm not able to do this in the App. Is there any other way of disabling the spell checker?
Reconfigure POP3 Account in Zoho Mail
My server settings for my original POP3 account has changed, for some reason I cannot edit or even delete this account. I have even added another POP3 account and set it to the default in order to try and delete the old account but nothing works.
