Every time I try to add a user I get the following message despite the username and password being correct, does anyone know what else could be causing this? Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password.

I have set up Zoho to use Gmail as the pop3 server this week for the first time. there is clearly a lot of mail to download the first time and this has got to 7000+ and stopped. hasn't done anything for 2 days and is not downloading new mail either. Any idea's

I used to right click on files from any folder -> Send to -> Mail recipient, after that my old mail program opened with new letter and file attached to that. Is it possible to change my old default program to Zoho new letter and mail attached to that? Thanx.
Zoho Mail Desktop Lite security issue, unusable interface
Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Authentication 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails. See the animated screen capture below. I pixelated the user names.
Is it possible to customize the login screen?
I would like to customize, add background on login screen, remove these social icons, remove that square. Anyway I would like to leave the login screen cleaner. It's possible?

Hi, I've got a website (www.microphonemania.com) hosted by shopify. Zoho is advised there to use as e-mail provider there. Since a while I'm not getting any e-mails in anymore. I actually don't know for how long now, I just find it odd that people wouldn't reply to my for some while now, so today I sent an email with my privated address to the one I use with Zoho (info@microphonemania.com) and that is how I noticed that I don't receive them anymore. Zoho Mail stopped working from Mac Mail
I have just returned from a week's holiday. When I left my Zoho email was working fine with Mac Mail on my Mac and on my iPhone, when I got back it wasn't! Is it possible that when a mailbox on Zoho recieves a new email, it can send an email to that users secondary address hosted elsewhere. Along the lines of: "You have a new message in your XYZ mailbox, please log in to read it."

My main pop3 account at zoho is disabled and I cannot enable it. When I move the slider to the right it goes back to the left and triggers the "Ooops...." message as shown below. Add mobile number - Verification code never received

Zoho reverts to font size 12 even when the default is set to 11
It's just simply annoying. I want it to be 11, the default settings allow me 11, therefore I want 11 font. Every time I create a new mail, or reply to an existing, it switches to 12. Why? Please could you fix?

Cannot receive emails on accounts with aliases associated to them.
Hello, I'm unable to receive emails on accounts with aliases associated. Sending to the alias does nothing too. It used to work, but it stopped at some point (don't know when). What's even worse, is that the email is not being reported as not delivered, so whoever is emailing me, thinks I got the e-mails. They just end up in a black hole. Is this a known issue? Can it be solved and be sure that it won't happen again? Thank you.

I'm having problems with a PLC (programmable logic controller) that has an email platform that uses cipher TLS_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_SHA (0x0005). Everything had been working flawlessly with the SMTP settings: smtp.zoho.com, port 465, authentication required - yes. Earlier this year it stopped, and from what I can tell it is getting hung up on negotiating a connection. Has ZOHO had a major change in secuirty settings where this cipher is no longer supported? Any ideas?
