Cannot find old mails
Hi, I am trying to search for certain emails which are a year or more old. However, scrolling down the search results stops after less than an year old mails i.e. the oldest mail I see is like 9-10 months old. Can you please take a look at the earliest as some of these emails had important information for me? For example, I am pretty sure I had mails with the word "starbucks" in them more than a year back. However, the oldest mail that shows up in the results is in Dec, 2016. Thanks, Abhinav.

Apple Mail client authentication error
My Mail app running on an iMac was working okay but now has an authentication error that prevents it connecting. The error message is 'Unable to verify account name or password'. I have checked all the settings (which were unchanged) and also deleted and reset up the account details but keep getting this message. I can connect to the mailbox successfully using the same credentials on my iPhone.

IMAP is very slow
Since we switched to ZOHO I experience quite terrible times with IMAP - quite often notifcations about new mail are not instant and are delayed by tens of minutes! It kinda looks like Zoho IMAP doesn't support IMAP Push - is that the case?
2 Factor Auth and Firefox
I have been using Zoho Mail for over a year now w/o any issues. Recently, I enabled 2 factor auth on my account, and now I cannot authenticate while using firefox. What is odd is that Chrome, IE and Edge, work just fine. Hello, i'm can't send emails to contacts that i've never send before, i get the error "Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked". My domain name associated to my emails is runasolutions.com.

One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. Specifically: contato@gwest.com.br When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. Hi all, I got a problem with the signature of my mail that is not working on mobile app. When I use from desktop is ok but when I try on mobile app doesn't work. I check the setting on the app and is correctly set on signature desktop. On desktop anyway shows a broken image(attached photo) that could be the problem for mobile. How can I fix it?

Unable to add a user mailbox
Hi I have a 5 user account, with the users listed in the 'User Details' part and also in the 'Mail Accounts' area in the admin control panel. In the mail accounts area, I have 2 accounts which are highlighted in dark orange saying I should create a MailBox. When I try, it says I have exceeded my user license.. But I only have 3 listed mail accounts there as 2 of them are in orange and dont have them. Can you help fix please asap - this is seriously impacting our migation to Zoho Mail. Thanks

No DKIM with outgoing email in Thunderbird
Hello, When I send my emails using Thunderbird , the outgoing emails (sent with smtp.zoho.com) aren't signed with DKIM. In the Zoho control panel DKIM is enabled and works fine. When I use Zoho webmail DKIM is sent with the mail. So apparently Thunderbird is the reason. I use Thunderbird 52.6.0 , mail.strictly_mime = true , text encoding outgoing email = unicode UTF-8 Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks!
Unable to subscribe to external calendar using iCal
I want to subscribe to an external calendar using a URL that links to an iCal ics file. (1) In the 'new' version of Calendar, the settings dialog is not available. There is a link in settings which should open the dialog, but nothing happens when you click it. (2) In the 'old' version of Calendar I was able to enter the URL of the external calendar. I got the message 'Calendar subscribed sucessfully'. But the calendar is not displayed. All I can see is my personal calendar. I have tested the iCal

Number of users in free plan vs paid plan
I currently have the free plan but I'm interested in upgrading to the standard paid plan. The only thing that is stopping me from upgrading is that on the standard plan you pay $24 *per user* annually (with a total combined storage of 30GB). In the free plan you can have up to 25 users for free, each with 5GB of storage. I only need a few users. Let's say 2 users. (Suggestion) Access external email account via IMAP
I understand I can add Yahoo email account as POP in Zoho account. But I want to add yahoo as IMAP in Zoho.... that is I want to IMAP yahoo in Zoho just as I can IMAP in any email client (like Microsoft Outlook 2007, Thunderbird, etc) I want to keep in sync the send / receive emails at yahoo and zoho servers. I think it would be great if something like this is possible as most of the yahoo email users are sick of the interface and want to shift some another system.

Hi all, I'm trying to set my mail signature in the mobile app to shows the same as the desktop version but is not working. I set up everything correctly in the desktop version and everything works correctly.
