Recover emails in trash
Hi, I noticed that most of emails (prior 9/29/17) that were in the trash folder were deleted. Is it possible to recover them? Thanks,

Emails forwarded to me are bouncing back to sender
I've had two emails bounce back to the senders when they're forwarding to me. In both cases, the emails have a long message thread, attachments, and lots of links. Is there a way to maybe change the MailPolicy settings to allow these types of messages through? Can not get rid of old and/or erroneous contact data
Zoho mail seems to keep all contact data forever irrespective of edit or delete attempts. Contacts that I deleted still come up when I search contacts or type a name in the "To" of an email. Also, if I made a mistake when entering a new contact's email address and save it, then later I edit the contact to correct it, email will still insert the erroneous address into the "to". When I make a mistake on the contact name, save it, and then edit it later, the revised name is never found when I search

Android app not showing new pop messages until I open zoho on desktop
Hello, I have Zoho mail configured to download my messages from another pop account (@outlook.com). This was working properly before. But lately, when I check my mail in the Zoho App for Android, my new messages from the pop account do not show up (even though new messages to @zoho.com address *do* show up). If I log into Zoho webmail on desktop, then my new messages from the pop account appear in webmail. After checking mail in webmail, the new pop messages will then also show up in the mobile app.

I've set up a new user at my rodram.com domain but I'm not able to set up the account on a mobile phone. I can't seem to figure out what the incoming and outgoing mail servers are. The user can get into the Zoho webmail app using their [user name]@rodram.com and password but these credentials aren't working for the poppro.zoho.com incoming server or the smtp.zoho.com outgoing server. To begin, I want to give you a little background as to how I view emails. My typical behavior is reviewing the Inbox and Spam folders. This is a decent system, because I can filter out the spam that I do want from my important email (Inbox). But, this system breaks down when I get tons of emails from sources I never want to see email from, i.e. spam bots and hacked sites. I've been a happy user for years. I don't remember anyone's email address, I rely on Zoho autocompleting for the people I routinely send email to. This week it's just stopped. Unable to connect to server when adding user accounts
Hi, We are currently setting in the process of transferring from an MS Exchange hosted email server to Zoho mail as our mail host. I am trying to add users under the Migration tab in Control Panel, however it advises that Zoho Mail is unable to connect to the server.
