Zoho Mail - Desktop: Tiny window, cannot be resized
After logging into Zoho Mail - Desktop (which rarely works), it shows up in a tiny window which I cannot resize. This way it cannot be used (see screenshot).

Zoho Mail stopped working from Mac Mail
I have just returned from a week's holiday. When I left my Zoho email was working fine with Mac Mail on my Mac and on my iPhone, when I got back it wasn't! Pop Accounts Display Sorting Order

Migrate from Zoho to Gsuite
Hello, I need to migrate our email account from Zoho to Gsuite. I followed the Data migration option of Gsuite and provided the following server details. Migration Server: Other Email Server Connection Protocol: IMAP Email Server: imap.zoho.eu:993 Account: csilla@acrosscontinents.net The connection is successful. However when i try to migrate emails it shows initializing for long time and eventually shows error (with error LEGACY_CONNECT). Could you please guide me what should i do or if I am missing
Email is not being delivered.
I was always able to send my emails normally but in the last two weeks I noticed that my emails are not being received by one company. Before this two weeks everything was ok we were sending messages and emails without a problem, but then they stopped receiving my email. I tried adding other email addresses to see if other users can get the mail and indeed they do but the most important company is not receiving it. We already asked to see the Spam and Not wanted email, but it was not there either.

Hello, the mails sended from my zoho account (@orvitur.co) are not being received on destination address if this adres is from any of the hotmail-outlook servers, I have setup SPF and DKIM as well, but theres no use, they're not received to inbox or spam. NEW ZOHO UI BEING FORCED UPON US 5/18/2018
I don't want to use the New! ZOHO UI. I like the old one better. The new one messes up formatting when I forward ORDERS to my supplier. The new UI is harder to read message lists in my inbox. Why are we being FORCED to move up to the New! UI??? I WANT TO STAY WITH THE OLD / CLASSIC ZOHO MAIL UI.

Hi, I am developing a website that uses Zoho Mail SMTP. It is used to send informative e-mails to the users and e-mails with links to verify the accounts and/or to reset passwords. But I noticed that some e-mails were being sent with a 4/5min delay. I started testing with 2 Gmail accounts and 2 Outlook accounts and realized the e-mails are sent in time to the Outlook accounts and the delay only happens on the Gmail accounts. Contacts not synchronizing to mobile device
I recently unlinked my android device from my zoho account, deleted all my contacts from my mobile device and zoho contacts, then imported my backup (a VCF file) directly into zoho contacts. This worked fine, all my contacts were restored there. I then re-linked my zoho account but the contacts were only partially synched: 80 out of 209. Any reason why this might be happening? The contacts to not contain any non-alphanumeric characters, apart from punctuation and hypens.
SMTP Servers down
Hey there, unfortunately I can not connect to your SMTP-Server under smtp.zoho.com (SSL 465, Password Auth). I tried out any configuration possible (TLS is not working), also pinging the address does not return anything back what leads me to my assumption that the server is somehow down / not reachable. the web app shows them, my imap email apps shows them... but the iOS zoho mail app doesnt show shared folders.

Calendar sync to iPhone displays conflicting time zone info

Create Zoho Account But Error During Verification
I created a zoho account using a XXX phone number. In verification step I could not receive the code in cell phone. I changed the phone number to a already used number in another zoho account. Now, I can not login with the XXX phone number to get a new verification code, and if I do login with the phone number of the other account it does not work for this new account, only the older. Cant check emails on OUTLOOK 2010
I have my accounts correctly working for years, and suddenly the stopped working on Outlook 2010. It´s popping all time the username and password for both imappro and smtp servers. Contacted the Billing Support of Zoho Mail twice - no response
I don't know how many days or weeks Zoho currently takes to respond to tickets. The basically non-existing support is the reason for my request to downgrade my account to the "lite" version. I had to move my business email out to a provider with support. I have cancelled my subscription as there is no option to downgrade.
