Hi I'm a new user and I can't seem to send any email from my account using an email client. I can send from the web interface and when I go to the unblocking link, it tells me no blocks exist on my account. Can anyone help or explain what's going on?How can We Revert to old UI.

I have tried for 2 days to get the DKM and SPF to verify on a godaddy Domain. I am using a subdomain of an account that is already verified with zoho. The MX records verify ok but the DKIM and SPF will not. Any ideas??can't send mail using smtp authentication

I don't want to use the New! ZOHO UI. I like the old one better. The new one messes up formatting when I forward ORDERS to my supplier. The new UI is harder to read message lists in my inbox. Hello my email account es charliepro@zoho.com, I have an issue: the messages from a contact form never reach my email account consultas@alfa-omega.info, I do not get any messages from the contact form on the www.alfa-omega.info page. I assume it is the spam server, because that same form sent messages to other email accounts. In addition, the account consultas@alfa-omega.info receives messages from every single email account, except for the contact form. What solution would this have? My colleague had problem that she could not receive mail from customer, I already followed these step. Check in spam mail -> nothing there. Check on receiver name -> correct. When I checked my spam whitelist I found it contains hundreds of unwanted entries. There are a few genuine contacts but most look very spammy. I have no idea how they got there. Something has added them without my knowledge. I'm trying to delete them but it is extremely slow. I deleted a few individually, But using the check boxes for multiple deletes didn't work. I just get a message saying 'Sorry we are unable to process your request'. I created a Zoho email account 3 days ago and linked it to a domain that I owned. In the process I used an email address like one using my new domaine name. During the set up process of connecting the account to my domaine, I received 2 emails from Zoho on my newly-created email address to verify my account within 30 days and my email address. Over the last year or so I've been interested in migrating away from Google and Microsoft services with a view to finding services that provide apps that don't rely on those companies. I've tried Zoho many, many years ago and at that stage it didn't offer what I was looking for. This year, I looked at the services, and it seems it can offer a replacement for many things. Outlook was working fine using IMAP for my domain using app-specific password, then suddenly stopped receiving yesterday. Sending still works, and I've checked web mail and that's working fine. Hello Zoho. The other day I signed up for Zoho mail through WordPress so I could use my domain name as my email address. Hello, I created this account less than a week ago. I purchased a domain from NameCheap. I have verified my domain already. I now want to host my domain on DigitalOcean and have email from Zoho, in order to do that I need the CNAME, however, I have already verified my domain. How do I go about getting the CNAME again? I can't find it anywhere. Should I delete the domain from Zoho Mail and start again?
