USER NEEDS MAILBOX.. PLEASE HELP
Currently, there is no mail box available for your account. Click the button below to send a request to your administrator. This is the error message the user I just added keeps receiving. How do I fix this as an administrator. Also if it helps I have the free account edition for up to 25 users because I am just testing out Zoho . Please help need to fix this as soon as possible.

Outlook not receiving (sending OK)
Outlook was working fine using IMAP for my domain using app-specific password, then suddenly stopped receiving yesterday. Sending still works, and I've checked web mail and that's working fine. CNAME for DigitalOcean
Hello, I created this account less than a week ago. I purchased a domain from NameCheap. I have verified my domain already. I now want to host my domain on DigitalOcean and have email from Zoho, in order to do that I need the CNAME, however, I have already verified my domain. How do I go about getting the CNAME again? I can't find it anywhere. Should I delete the domain from Zoho Mail and start again? When I click the delete button it says it will get rid of all the emails associated with the domain.

Conventional email public distribution list?
Can I create a mailing list in Zoho mail? I just want to be able to make a list of email addresses and give the list a name. Then when I type the list name, the list of email addresses will be automatically listed. When I create a group it sends an email to the people in it, asking them to confirm that they want to be in the group. I don't want this. I just want a mailing list so I don't have to add in every email address every time I send an email to that list of people.

Option to set a public sending name for a group
If I created a group named Sales i.e. sales@mycompany.com when an email is sent to someone the display name in their email client is Sales. If the group name is My Company Sales, it makes it inconvenient for internal use as every group look the same as they would all be prefixed with My Company, e,g My Company Accounts, My Company Sales etc. It would be nice if there was an option to set the email display name for emails sent internally separately from emails sent externally, or even just an option
