New, separate business...need separate Zoho account
How do I create a new Zoho account so I can set up email hosting for a second business? My personal email was already used to create an account for my other business.

Built in Mail app for iOS devices showing "Unread" for Active Sync servers.
Since the last iOS update all my Active Sync Zoho mail accounts are showing every e-mail as unread even when it's been read in Webmail and desktop mail apps (running IMAP) I've tried adding Active Sync to the desktop instead but it rejects being added to Apple Mail. It's only bee happening for the last couple of weeks but happens on my iPhone X and two iPad Pros.

Zoho can not connect to the Host Server
About an hour ago began getting message "The server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number." Having issues with all accounts. Hi. Since this morning I have not received any emails. I have tried sending myself emails from other accounts (non zoho) and I am not receiving anything to my zoho account. We are currently trialling zoho on my account with a view to rolling out into the office so if there are issues I would like to get them resolved during this test period. Can't get to webmail.
When navigating to mail.zoho.com, the screen is stuck on the Loading... screen. We can send mails, but can't receive
We pay for a upgrade today, but we can't receive mails yet.
Emails in inbox have disappeared; not in trash or archive.
I'm not exactly sure what happened, but at some point last night or this morning, my inbox emails have disappeared and my trash folder has been emptied. Nothing archived either. There were only about a dozen or so emails in my inbox. Need help recovering them, or at least the past couple weeks worth. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can't see some of my emails in inbox
I opened my mail today and for some reason I only have emails until Nov 16th 2017. I have no visibility of my inbox from that date to now. Sent emails are ok, some friends have send me test emails and I'm receiving today, however, no access to emails on previous mentioned period of time.

Archived emails are lost
Hi, I click on the archive email, the mail gets removed from my inbox and then it is nowhere to be found!!! It is not in my "all email" folder, it is not in the archive folder. But if I search specifically for it I will find it. Any ideas why this happens and how this can work properly? Thanks
Virus detected just in pdf files?
Hello, since this morning, Zoho blocks all pdf files attached to our mail accounts (3 accounts blocked), it does not block other types of files and we are allowed to send pdfs, it's just to download them, is it a bug?
