IMAP promise to existing free users doesn't seem to be kept
I've emailed support about this but had no reply. My phone needed a software update and I've had to reload my two Zoho emails. One free (and well over ten years old) and one paid. The phone has accepted the IMAP credentials for the paid account but not the free one. Why? I'm loading to Outlook for Android and Blackberry Hub. It's the same IMAP details for both my accounts. How are you "marking" old free accounts so IMAP still works on them.

Hi Folks, I am getting the Cname not verified error. Here are a couple of things i want to clarify before the solutions come. 1. I have added the cname with my doman provider. 2. Problem writing new e-mails
After I put any Template, if i type specifically the letter "c", it takes me again to write a new email and I can't finish it. It's not computer problem nor keybord, i tried in different computers, same thing. I also tried to open in different browsers but the problem is still there. Zoho da la opción de configurar varias cuentas de mail. Yo tengo la principal y cree una segunda cuenta, pero no encuentro desde dónde visualizarla para poder usarla. O sea, el Panel de control de correos aparece con la cuenta principal para recibir y enviar mails, pero no sé de dónde gestionar la otra. No puedo ni siquiera verificarla ya que no veo por dónde recibir mails. Me ayudan por favor? gracias

IMAP slowness issues
